- Marion (8/5): Good location to visit family with local available dog walks - Self catering though milk and croissants were provided by the host
- Ali (3/5): Not impressed at all, wont be back! - Secure garden area for the dogs was an advantage however it was pebbled and quite small. Property was not well cleaned, sheets on bed appeared not to have been changed fully after last guests. Hair found in the shower that was not ours nor the hosts so we can only presume it was also not cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable and we soon found out it was being held up on two car jacks from Halfords! Host was not overly friendly once we arrived with our two large dogs (included in the booking) and charged us an additonal cleaning fee of £10. Neighbours also very loud every evening and host also "lost" one of her dogs and was shouting and whistling at 11pm outside. We left at 4am as once we were disturbed there was no going back to sleep.
- Lesley (10/5): Exceptional -

- Jo (10/5): Amazing value and quality stay. - Everything!!! Louise was an amazing, friendly and reliable host. You could not ask for better. The property has a good heating system which you can have on/off when it suits you. Everything is modern and clean. I highly recommend, the garden was a god send, I took my little Pomeranian. Me and my friend sat in the garden at night with drinks chatting. West Wittering beach is 6/7 minutes away in the car and Bognor town/beach is 20 minutes away. N/A
- Katie (10/5): Lovely spot, a great base for exploring the area - the host is also lovely and welcoming! - The Old Garage was exactly as we expected - lovely and clean and in pristine condition. The host was lovely and welcoming - we shared that we were getting married a couple of days later and she even bought and wrote us a card! Very sweet! A great spot for a couple of nights, we would have loved to spend longer and explored the area.
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect - What an amazing place to stay, was amazing and tried to leave it just like we found it, beautiful place thank you so much Louise x
- Dean (8/5): Lovely little chalet great for dogs - Lovely little chalet in garden, host was delightful,,,all you need for a couple of nights,, great for dogs,,has a little secure area,, close to beach, The sofa was very uncomfortable,,,low and small the space would accommodate a larger one,,it's always nice to relax and watch a little TV after a long day,,,
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (9/5): Brilliant... we'll be back - The croissants were delicious 😋 Nothing!
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely delightful accommodation, so clean and looked after Nothing!
- Theresa (9/5): Good value - Excellent property - very good condition. Provision of some milk, butter, croissants and jam very nice touch. Very friendly and helpful owner. Misleading to state that it has an EV charge point. What it did have was an external 3 pin socket which you could plug in the very slow "granny cable", which I did not have. Had to go off and charge at a nearby retail park in Chichester.
- Richard (9/5): Excellent - Very clean and comfortable Nothing
- Helen (9/5): Superb - The owner of the property was extremely helpful and friendly the property was in beautiful location. It was easy to get to the coast and visit family in Chichester.
- Helen (10/5): We booked this place for my in-laws to stay for my mother in laws birthday, and they found it very comfortable and relax - Lovely location, very quiet and peaceful, and well equipped with all you need.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cozy. Friendly host.
- Paul (10/5): Had a great stay at the old garage, host Louise put milk jam and croissants in the fridge which was a lovely touch - Lovely quite comfortable Nothing, perhaps a bigger sign as it was bit difficult to find the property
- Jacqueline (9/5): Quiet, comfortable with lovely thoughtful touches - Lovely quiet location. Host was most helpful and the accommodations had all you needed and more Black out blinds would have made it perfect.
- Anonymous (10/5): Idyllic! - Everything you need & nothing you don’t! Perfect for our 2 night stay, we were working on our boat in Birdham Marina & were able to cycle an idyllic route to the property approx 3 miles, so perfect location for us. Private, quiet & relaxing. Very clean, bright accommodation & big comfy bed. Lovely little area to sit outside for coffee in morning & star gaze at night. The lovely Louise our host was welcoming & informative. Absolutely no negatives here, would highly recommend & will stay again. The only reason for giving 4 star for ‘value for money’ is that we think Booking.com charge too much. The croissants & jam were really appreciated, lovely touch, thank you!
- Helen (10/5): Lovely place, lovely host. - The property was nicely appointed. Very clean and very private. It had all the facilities we needed and the host was friendly and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful and the flowers and croissants on arrival were much appreciated. Also, the wi-fi was free and good quality. Keep up the good work, Louise! We had a little trouble finding the place (not helped by a rotten mobile phone signal in the area!). The settee was a little too low and soft for me (I have arthritis).
- Tricia (10/5): Great place - Beautiful use of space Louise was so nice
- Christine (8/5): A charming property, location and owner made our overnight stay a pleasure. - The owner was charming and very helpful. The property was furnished and equipped very well and we really enjoyed eating our breakfast in the small, private outside space, which was a real sun trap. Nothing about the property itself, which we liked very much and would stay there again, as it’s in an idyllic location. We didn’t like the noise that unfortunately came from the adjacent property just after we arrived, as works were being undertaken and there was intermittent use of power tools. But hopefully the work is now over!
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Compact, very clean and private. Nothing
- Denise (9/5): Superb -
- Sonny (10/5): Very nice would stay again when I’m the area - The old garage was a lovely stay very clean and tidy
Lots of tea and coffee and even milk and croissants in the fridge which was a nice touch
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Gail (10/5): Super little bolthole. - Cosy and beautifully presented, everything there you would need for a place to stay. Felt safe and secure. Lovely host, and croissants for breakfast an extra bonus. There was nothing to dislike.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The oldgarage is situated in an area of outstanding beauty and is a lovely cosy place to stay. The host Louise is extremely polite and courteous,i would highly recommend staying here.
- Neale (10/5): Really enjoyable and recommended. - The location was perfect; the host was delightful, the croissants were a nice touch, and the property had everything needed for a short stay and was very clean. Nothing, it was all good.
- Phil (10/5): Would recommend to anyone. - Very welcoming and friendly host. Great, peaceful location. Very modern, clean and well provided facilities.
The extras, including fresh milk and croissants were a lovely unexpected touch. The weather.
