• diego anibal (8/5): Tranquilidad en pleno centro - En pleno centro, cerca de todo, tiene una cocinita pequeña compartida en la que puedes resolver bastante bien y en frente la mejor pizzería de Pisa ( la tana)… la cama súper cómoda. Todo es con códigos, la explicación es súper clara, puedes legar a cualquier hora y no tuvimos la necesidad de contactar con el personal para nada! Poca cosa, sumar un microondas estaría bien …

• Lina (9/5): - Puiki lokacija, visas senamiestis aplink, centras ir traukinių stotis gana arti, pasiekiama lengvai pėsčiomis. Apartamentai šalia gatvės, bet uždarius langą triukšmo negirdėti. Šeimininkas atsiuntė aiškias instrukcijas kaip rasti ir patekti į apartamentus. Apartamentai tvarkingi, švarūs, juose buvo viskas ko reikia nakvynei. Poilsiavome 3 naktis ir likome patenkinti. Įdomios apartamentų skliautinės lubos. Man viskas patiko. Reiktų paminėti, kad į apartamentus antrame aukšte galima patekti tik laiptais ir iš apartamentų miegamojo į vonią taip pat yra laiptai, jeigu kam kelia tai keblumų. Mums tai netrukdė.

• Marta (5/5): Głośne klimatyzatory - Pokój mały , łóżko , dwa stoliki , szafa i łazienka - dla nas wystarczająco. W obiekcie można zrobić sobie kawę z ekspresu, herbatę , jest lodówka , dwa palniki. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji, restauracji i sklepów. Na patio są umieszczone klimatyzatory które co jakieś 20 minut się załączają czemu towarzyszy bardzo głośny huk i ogólnie bardzo głośno pracują - w nocy tragedia poprostu spać się nie da 😩 sąsiadów z innych pokoi to słychać każde słowo i to co robią w toalecie ... Łóżka średnio wygodne i do przykrycia tylko prześcieradło.

• Silke (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Vor allem die Zimmer im EG mit direktem Zugang zum Innenhof sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt im Eingangsbereich auch eine kleine Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und Kühlschrank. Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ist sehr gut. Den Innenhof haben wir sehr genossen. Das einzig negative ist die laute Klimaanlage im Innenhof (entweder vom Hotel oder dem gegenüberliegenden Restaurant).
• Melanie (8/5): Great location, great value for money, slept really well and would stay again. - Location was perfect. very central and walking distance to lots of great restaurants, tower and train station. The mattress was super comfortable, air con worked well and the bathroom was very clean. Felt very safe and secure. The shower could have had more pressure but it was ok. The luggage space could have had locks.
• Klaudiagrz (6/5): Good for one day, troublesome for longer stay - The location is just perfect - just 5 minutes away from the Tower of Pisa. The common kitchen is well-equipped and clean, and there is a possibility to use a washing machine. The room itself is a bit claustrophobic, but the bed is comfortable. Hard to predict whether you'll have hot water or not. There is no shampoo or even soap, so you need to buy your own. Also, it could be pretty loud if you have noisy neighbours. The self-check instruction is clear, but I missed some possibility to communicate with the host.
• Ben (6/5): Lovely location in medieval church architecture let down by poor air conditioning in heat wave - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room is interesting because you are possibly in a medieval church grounds converted into guest rooms. The location is really good for the old town and lots of beautiful squares and restuarants nearby. The room was simple, but clean and you have to consider you are in a historical building. The wifi was also good, and I particularly liked the courtyard you could hang out in. Communal washing machine and drier is nice, which we didn't use but in the heat I could see how it could be handy. The air-conditioning was the main problem, it exists but was pathetic and despite the staff trying to improve it they couldn't get it stronger and desipte kindly getting us a fan we were unable to sleep at night in 35c Pisa heat and had to move. This could be because we're not from a hot climate, but also the room has no windows, just the shuttered door overlooking the courtyard, which made it hard to air and was stuffy. If it wasn't for the high daily heat and the poor air-con there wasn't anything to not like.

There is only one bed nothing else. our room on the ground floor had banging noise at midnight which made me wake up. Maybe because cartongesso walls are less sound insulating.

• Vicky (8/5): Great find. - A big spacious room, with a good size bathroom to go with it. The apartment is in a great location too, for Pisa. It's surrounded by small restaurants and shops and less than 10mins you are at the tower of Pisa. It's a quiet building, so we didn't hear anyone else coming or going and got a great few nights of sleep. The free tea and coffee in the main area was a great little touch, as there isn't any kettle in the room, so this is perfect. It's always well stocked too. We had an issue with our door when we checked in, but video called the owner, who we showed the issue to, she came out straight away and got it sorted. So it's not a bad thing overall, as we got it sorted. But a bumpy start to our stay. It's the only thing to mention really, as we enjoyed our few days here.

• Maria (3/5): If you like cold showers in winter weather, keep scrolling. - The tv and the bed were the only things doing their proper job .. 1) The cleaner doesn't have a schedule when to come. She can come 2 days in a row or nothing at all in 3 days. 2) I know I didn't go to a 5 star hotel, and I know that you get what you paid for but HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER is decency! We didn't have hot water to shower for half of the stay and the host kept saying it was fixed when it wasn't and left us showering in cold water in 10-17°C weather. She's nice but wise and treats her guests as fools. On our last night she came in the room to check the water with the technicians and told them "In here it's actually true that they have no hot water" so I guessed she didn't believe me the other times I said so. 3) No heaters were working when we needed them, then she said they were also fixed but I didn't even bother trying. There are more things but those were enough to make our holiday unbearable cleanliness, shower trouble and the host fooling us. 4) Just find somewhere else guys because if this is how we were treated I believe you will too.
• Daniela (4/5): Disappointing - The location The noise, you could hear the generator whenever someone was using the AC, the neighbours. The smell of the room, while you were using the AC beacuse the freon was not changed. The room was simple, the sheets had holes in it, the staying was bad.

• Šumanović (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are located in the old monastery next to the church, which gives a special touch and a sense of the history of the place. Location is very good, it’s in a historic city center and a walking distance from historical locations, as well as lots of bars and restaurants.
• Kwan-chin (8/5): Great location, perfect for a short stay - - Clean room and accurate photo and description; - Comfortable beds; - Good and understanding staff. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in, as I was leaving my luggage in the common area, the young lady who was cleaning asked for my room number and proceeded to clean that first, so that I can check in a bit earlier. It is a god sent because it was scorching that day and be able to have access to the room made my day. - The direction to the property can be clearer. In my experience, don’t use Google map, just look at the photos and find the church/square where the property is located.
• Muai (8/5): Very good - I did no see any staff, so I could not say anything. However, they send me all the instructions in advance which I received by email. I followed their instruction, and found the hotel and the room very easy. The room is clean. If there is a table in the room for laptop, that would be perfect.
• Lelde (9/5): Perfect location - Location was perfect, the room was facing inside terrace/garden, which was very good, and quiet, because the booking was in the old centre. Walking distance to everything, even from the Pisa centrale train station. In old part of Pisa, so a lot of good restaurants around. Air condition working properly, which was important, cause it was really hot outside. The only bad thing was, that the mattress for the bed was not very comfortable.

• Callem (8/5): Very good - Very central to Pisa. Easy access to the room, and we were allowed to check in early. Every other day AC and hot water wasn't very good, bit strange but didn't question it.
• Thomas (10/5): Splendid location - a real revelation - It was a lovely room in a splendid location. The best thing was the small courtyard, which we made full use of to relax in the evening. I'd recommend this property to everyone visiting Pisa, and Tuscany. I honestly cannot fault this accommodation.

• Eduardo (10/5): Exceptional - Our room opened to the common patio which was lovely. There was a fridge in the common area where we could cool our water bottles which in the summer is crucial. It’s close to everything, the Central Station is 15 minute bus away, there are restaurants and Cafes all around, and you’re only 8 minutes from the tower of Pisa.

• Arthur (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect! The room was very clean. The comunication was really nice! To improve the quality of the room I suggest to just insert a small desk in the room with kettle, and a small fridge, just to prepare a small coffee break. These are suggestions to improve the quality, but in general it was wonderful.

• Lais (9/5): Perfect room to visit Pisa at night time (best!) - The room was apparently very new, the bathroom was super clean and the bed was really comfy. Location was perfect, easy to find and very easy to access with the instruction given. We stayed one night to see Pisa at both night and day, and wanted to be relatively close to both the train station and the tower of Pisa. There were several restaurants and one of the best panini/focaccia places in Pisa was just around the corner. AMAZING experience. The shower didn’t have any pressure and is really the only thing separating this room from being a 10/10 for me. A small fridge would also be good to allow for some water/wine cooling.
