• Sabine (8/5): - Toller Kontakt mit Vermieter. Super Lage. Sehr ruhig. Sauber. Terrasse. WC mit Dusche sehr klein.
• Yasmin (9/5): super und empfehlenswert - Mein Aufenthalt war super angenehm, das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen kann, die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen und die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut entspannt und unkompliziert. Außerdem ist der Bioladen des Gastgebers sehr süß und man kann dort lecker und gemütlich essen. Ich werd bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt mit Sicherheit wieder dort bleiben. :)

• Sandra (10/5): Cozy and artsy - I loved my stay in this place! Owner of the apartament is super nice, very helpful. Apartament is located on the 3th floor of an old tenament. There is a beautiful terrace with lots of plants. I had everything I needed: dishes, utensils, towels, tea, coffee etc. The building is about 10 minutes walk from the U4 metro station and about 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Schonbrun gardens. Near the building there is a lot of cafes, vintage shops and restaurants. There is a vegan restaurant runned by the owner of the appartment but unfortuneltely I didin’t have time to visit the place, which I hope to do next time I’m in Vienna. Definitely will stay at this apartament next time I’m in the city. Everything was great

• Marina (10/5): Parfait, je reviendrai! - Tout! A commencer par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte! L’appartement est cozy, confortable et bien situé au calme, à 30min en transport du centre ville. Il y a de quoi ranger ses affaires et tout était propre et confortable! Ca ne m’a pas dérangée car je dors avec des boules quies mais le chauffage fait quand même du bruit
• Serhii (9/5): Можна рекомендувати зупинитися в ціхна декілька днів. - Сніданок не брав - поруч був кафетерій. Нормальний аппартмент - окрема квартира. В номері було все, что потрібно для відпочинку --вай-фай, душ, чайник, мікровейв, різноманітний посуд. Був електричний нагрівач. Розташовано поблизу з визначною пам'яткою - Шенбургським палацем та парком. Я був якраз в дні великого релегійного свята, тому вартість була значно вище звичайної, це не є провина власника житла. Розташовано далеко від центру міста. Квартира на 4 поверсі без лифту. Для мене це було неважливо, але у деяких можуть бути проблеми. На кожної полиці у кімнаті стояло безліч маленьких дрібничок, їх було дуже велика кількість - я боявся, що можу щось зачепити та розбити.

Ideale Lage: Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, U-Bahn rasch erreichbar - und trotzdem absolute Ruhelage...top ! Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer. Für Kurzaufenthalte ideal. Klare Empfehlung ! Ein Haus ohne Lift ist für ältere Reisende eine kleine Herausforderung, man braucht dann kein Fitnessstudio mehr :-)

• Eva (8/5): Very good - Great location, delicious coffee, balcony with flowers, tiny apartment but there's everything you need for a couple of days. A table at the balcony would be nice.
• Matthias (4/5): don´t book it in wintertime and/or if you need a correct, legal invoice - Host was very friendly at the beginning, but a nightmare after the second day. Food tastes good at the restaurant downstairs old electrical heating is not sufficient for cold nights (< 0 degree outside), During night pretty noisy to have heating running. Shower is very strange and narrow close to the toilette lid. Watch for it at the pictures to get no surprise. I avoided to use it. Better switch of heating when showering, to avoid electrical short circuit. Host will tell you after you have paid. Host is not willing and not able to create a correct bill for the whole amount of money. Only without booking.com commission or with less total amount, or with incorrect, self calculated tax. The high booking.com commission is the problem here for the host. It took me 5 hours discussion, both host and booking.com. That endless discussion and phone calls ruined my stay in Vienna. Still no invoice received. Since business travel, it is important for me to get a correct bill. Wondering that obviously I was the first one asking for a bill. Booking.com leaves you alone with this issue and makes only email ping-pong. Booking.com was wondering about these incorrect invoices. I will never book it again, neither bioparadies nor booking.com, as this invoice topic is a common problem between some hosts and booking.com. You will find a lot of info about it at web.

• Israel (8/5): Woth the price and kindly owner - More or less worth the price. The owner tried to help me also with how to get there from the airport. Moreover, he helped me after the check out by keeping my luggage a couple of hours. There was there some smell which I was informed about it by the owner just a few hours before the arrival. He wrote me that I will have to open the windows and this will make it disappear. However, even after doing it, some smell stays during the whole stay.

• Kate (10/5): I couldn’t recommend this place more! Incredible location and lovely people. - I loved my stay here. The property was beautiful and full of history. It was a 5 min walk from the Schönbrunn gardens and is close to everything you need.
