However there is everything you need and it is value for money as well as having a pool which is nice after a busy day
• BarryC (10/5): Calm and relaxing - Katerina and Yorgos welcoming was superb and made us feel at home instantly. The level of cleanliness is second to none. Such a relaxing place and VERY much recommended, the location is great and the views amazing. A car very much makes the stay easier to see the rest of the island, it also helps although not essential in going to and from the town providing you're fit enough to tackle to the hill up to those magnificent views! Not a single thing, it exceeded what we expected in all ways.

No breakfast but cooking facilities, DIY coffee, and cold water in the fridge provided. Small pool very refreshing. Host welcoming and helpful. Apartment was very clean but would benefit from some modernisation.

Il terrazzino di pertinenza era incantevole, piscina carina ma c'è tanto da vedere sull'isola per cui non ne abbiamo usufruito. Paradossalmente le foto non danno giustizia agli ambienti. Tutto perfetto forse se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto avrei preferito il box doccia piuttosto che la tenda

Δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά επισκεφτηκαμε την Ιθάκη και φυσικά δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε επιλέξει το καλύτερο κατάλυμα του νησιού! Οι κα. Κατερίνα και ο κ.Γιωργος είναι καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι και η καθαριότητα άψογη! Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Άψογο προσωπικό,ευγενέστατοι οι οικοδεσπότες μας πρότειναν πανέμορφες θάλασσες και πολυ καλα ταβερνάκια να επισκεφτούμε,πρόθυμοι να λύσουν κάθε απορία που είχαμε για το νησί. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο..τοποθεσία με φανταστική θεα στο Βαθύ.. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά ❤️

It was really clean with a cleaner coming in daily. The property was slightly dated, with an old fridge now being used as a cupboard.

Made to feel very welcome by Katerina and Clara. Amazing views of Vathi. Small pool welcome relief from the heat at the end of the day. Steep hill walk from Vathi, not a problem if no mobility issues

• Lesley (7/5): Simple hilltop apartment with great views over Vathy - I liked the view. The host was very pleasant. We liked that butters and jams were left which was very useful. It was very clean and the sheets and towels were nice quality. I found the property a little depressing as the apartments are quite dark and nothing matches. There is an old disused fridge and freezer which are converted into cupboards. There was a usable fridge/freezer I hasten to add! it would be useful to have a toaster. The host provided us with a toasted sandwich maker to make toast in. I have allergies to perfulmed products and the sheets smelt very strongly of perfumed fabric conditioner which made me sneeze. I appreciate that others like this though.

The room has a very easy drive, it is very close to the village so anything you could ever need is right down the street/hill! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! Anytime I’m in ithaki I’m going back to Panorama!!!

• Dionisios (10/5): Great ccomfortable stay! - Great place. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and lots of hot water. Kitchen met our needs and the supplies in the refrigerator were more than welcome. A bit far from the town "centre" with a steep climb to get from there to the apartment. We had a car so no problem Katarina was a friendly host who spent time chating to us about the area. We will definitely return Window screens and some insect spray perhaps? There was a scheduled island-wide power shutdown on the morning of our departure. Luckily we had a torch with us as there was no candles or emergency lighting. None of the issues caused us any problem though.
• Idell (10/5): Wonderful! - Very clean and had a fantastic view. Easy walk down to Vathy central and a quick taxi ride home of an evening. Please note this is atop a very steep hill. Hence the great view. Has everything you need except a washing machine but hand washing is easy and there is a little clothes line on the balcony. Very happy. That we had to leave. The only less than stellar comment I can make is the sofa bed is not a sofa bed but a single bed and it was a bit spongey.

• John (10/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment is in a quiet location with views down to the port. The swimming pool is lovely and very handy for cooling off in when returning to the apartment. The terrace is lovely to sit out on in the evening. During the day there is a large patio umbrella to shield you from the sun if needed. The apartment was serviced every day and was kept very clean. The shower was very good. The kitchen had everything you need to self cater. It is a 10 to 20 minute walk, depending on your level of fitness, up a steep hill from the port, not a problem for us but some may find it a challenge. However, there is a car park behind the apartments if you want to hire a car. In addition, the AB supermarket at the port delivers groceries free of charge so you don’t have to carry water up the hill!

• Mike (9/5): Recommended. - Very pleasant spacious apartment with a great view from the terrace which overlooks Vathi. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Kitchen well equipped. Clean. Katerina is lovely, always ready to help and is always smiling.Would definitely stay there again. More of an observation than a negative is the fact that the apartment is a bit of an uphill slog from the sea front which may be a problem if you have mobility issues, but this is a price you pay for having such a lovely view from the terrace. No problem at all of course if you hire a car or a scooter.

We like the location, which is approx 10 minutes' walk out of the main harbour with beautiful view. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful to come back each day. The beds are very hard and not very comfortable for us.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Very pleasant stay in good location, with very clean and comfortable accommodation. The good sized pool is a massive bonus and a real find for Ithaca (many places are without pool). Off road parking is safe and directly behind the apartments. As self catered apartments go, this hits the spot!
• Chris (1/5): We did not stay here - asked for a full refund - the owners have refused - seeking legal help - Nothing. This place was not as advertised. there was no water in the pool - the deck around it was filthy with DIY tools and bits of old decorating stuff lying around. The parking area was over grown and un-kept. The room was musty and looked like the furniture had come from a charity shop. the bed linen and towels were along way past being useable and should have been renewed along time ago. The apartments are at the top of a VERY steep hill and was not within easy walking distance to the town. if you are over 30 years old you will struggle to walk up to the apartments due to the steep incline. We left after 10 minutes of arrival and found alternative accommodation on the water front. We asked for help from booking.com but they sided with the property owners and gave us a small payment from themselves, not the property owners, but we are still out of pocket to the tune of 355 euros. we feel like we've been robbed. do not stay here..
• Fiona (9/5): Superb - As we were only staying fir one night we appreciated everything that was provided. Toiletries, some provisions like water, fruit juice, butter, jam coffee, tea. Tea towels, hairdryer. Lovely veranda with fantastic views of Vathy. A short walk down the hill to all the facilities. Would definitely return. Nothing (except I forgot to ask for an extra pillow).

• Linda (9/5): Loved these apartments and if you are young and fit would recommend - The view from apartment was beautiful,apartment was very clean ,patio was good ,had the added bonus of water,juice,coffee,milk,butter and jams ,the host was a lovely lady,also the pool was good,these apartments are in a quiet location ,would recommend, The only downfall for me was the steep roads to get to the apartments,the walk down to the port was lovely,but the taxis had closed for the night so had to walk back,no good for 70 year old,

Highly recommended ! - Beautiful view over Vathy town just 10 minutes away from the center, situated at 80mt above sea level, extremely quiet and peaceful, only 10 minutes walk from the city center. Fresh orange, water, jams and butters in the fridge for our arrival at no extra charge. The rooms were spotless, Spacious bedroom and spacious sitting area. Nice and clean pool with sun beds and umbrellas. There is even a first aid kit for emergencies. Katharina is an exceptional host! perhaps a slightly Faster WIFI (if you need to do some work)
