• Erika (10/5): Great stay with garage across the street from Duomo - Comfortable stay on a great location, across the street from Duomo. Recently renovated building, with elevator and a garage. Check-in easy and flexible, we were allowed to leave the car in the garage for few more hours after check-out. Highly recommended. All was good, I would only recommend guests to bring own toiletries.

• Petra (10/5): Ein perfekter Urlaub - Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Bus, Bahnhof, Fähren, Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Wohnung schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sowie makellos sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Wir konnten unser Auto in die Garage stellen, somit mussten wir nie einen Parkplatz suchen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier in Como und Mailand. Es war alles perfekt!

This apartment is beautifully maintained apartment, very close to train / bus station and fe - The apartment is beautifully maintained, decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need, we stayed for 7 nights. Emily is a lovely host, very helpful and welcoming. Nothing, everything was lovely

• Eva (10/5): Cozy apartment close to the center and train station - Rosanna was a great host, who explained everything to us and we really felt like home. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and only 100 meters from the train station. She also provided us with a loaded guidebook full of great tips of restaurants, places to visit in Como or lidos. The garage was indoor which was a good benefit. We had really great time in the apartment! Thanks a lot, would definitely recommend!

• John (10/5): Fantastic apartment, great location loved everything about it and Como. Will definitely return - EVERYTHING!!! We were greeted at the property by Rossana who was very friendly. She sent us some videos on WhatsApp before she met us showing us where the key was and how to get in the property and where to park the car in the garage, all very easy to follow. Once inside the property Rossana explained everything perfectly. We were amazed how perfect the property was it was just like a home from home. It had everything you needed. We didn’t cook or spend much time in the property but it really was well equipped and immaculately clean. It felt very secure. The balcony was a great little touch, did not have a view but was lovely to sit out and have a coffee etc. The location was within 5 mins walk of the lake, train station, bus station, cathedral and old town shops and restaurants. No safe in the property.

• Olafur (9/5): Excellent apartment - would definitely stay again. - Everything was perfect. Super good location for train (Como Lago station), the ferries, restaurants and shopping. A minor issue: Personally I would like the air conditioning a little cooler (the working temperature was between 25°C and 27°C so sleeping was a little hot even if the apartment was very well de-humified so it felt cooler than suggested by the temperature).

• Shaun (9/5): A great property and I would definitely stay again if we return to Como. - Fantastic property and location. Wish we had an extra couple of days at Lake Como to enjoy the property more. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, comfortable beds, and a great shower! We did notice that the linen on the sofa bed did smell slightly of cigarette smoke. Not a big drama as a lot of people do smoke in Italy. All other linen was fine.
• Hannah (7/5): Great location and cute apartment with good facilities - The location was excellent and all the facilities were great, like the dishwasher/washing machine and also having a juicer and some olive oil/ balsamic to use. Nice bathroom. The decor was nice. Rossana was a great host The sofa was not very comfortable for sitting in the evenings, a footrest would have been useful, and we found the overhead lights very bright/ harsh- maybe they are eco ones though. We also found the heating hard to control and got very warm overnight.
• Ktown (4/5): Very disappointed, very uncomfortable apartment, no AC as listed. - Very close to train station and ferry service, very walkable location, but very noisy. Book ferry well in advance as they are very crowded and unreliable. The appointments in the apartment are nice, very clean, all fairly new IKEA installation. The bed needs a quilted mattress pad as it was rather hard to sleep on. There isn't any AC in the apartment, no air flow. We received the following message from the host upon checking in. (You need to use the WhatsApp in the EU to communicate with Europeans,) If we had known the following in advance we wouldn't have booked this place. We didn't get any sleep during our stay in Como, the place was way too warm and stuffy. "EMILY has a new underfloor cooling system. The system is always on from the beginning of summer to the end of summer, everything is already set by the building and by our internal thermostat. You must absolutely not touch the thermostat as the consequence would be the system blocking, There are no splits that emit cold air but the system cools and dehumidifies air in the apartment always maintaining constant healthy dehumidified fresh air. You must keep the windows closed so heat and humidity does not enter excessive humidity would block the system. The temperature will never go below 25 degrees C (77 degrees F) as it is the law that establishes it for these systems." The apartment was set at a constant 77 degrees F - very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, and with no air flow.

• Carol (10/5): A Perfect Place in Como! - The hosts wanted to communicate via a social media app which we do not use and there were language issues with the person answering the phone. However, once we were in contact with the owner, he was most gracious to meet us at the apartment for access. There is nothing negative I could say about this apartment. It is beautifully decorated, in pristine condition and exceedingly well equipped. The location is near transportation, restaurants and shopping and we felt very safe traveling on foot.

• Hikmet (9/5): Perfect flat for visiting Como. - Very very good flat in perfect location with all the ameneties you need. Rossana is really a wonderful host answering all our inquiries swiftly and she does everything she can to make her guests comfortable. Nothing really but maybe official check in and check out times can be improved. On the other hand Rossana was very helpful and let us leave our luaggages in the flat around midday upon our arrival (official check in time 17:00) and allowed us to check out at 12:00 (official check out time is 10:00)

Rossana was amazing - super attentive and helpful! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and she found us a spectacular restaurant with excellent tasting food and breath taking lake view! thank you Rossana and Andrea! we will be back! just a note to other guests that you may want to close the shutters for the bedroom windows as there is a courtyard light on throughout the night. we realized a bit late :-)

What a wonderful gesture by Rossana to meet us at the train station, we so appreciated her bringing us to the apartment. Rossana was a fantastic host, the apartment had all that we needed and more. The extras were very much noticed, washing machine powder, nespresso pods, butter, bottled water, biscuits etc. The location was brilliant, an easy walk to Duomo, lake, everywhere in fact. Rossana provided an information pack which was helpful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Perfect location, close to everything you need: the lake, the duomo, the train station, supermarkets, restaurants. The place was exceptionally clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. The host thought about everything, there even was a juicer and milk frother. Also, she was really lovely, kind. Would 100% recommend and stay there again. Nothing, but if I have to give one tip: maybe add one smaller light in the living room besides the ceiling lights, to make it more cosy in the evening.
