Brian (1/5): FIND A BETTER PLACE! - Location. Maria was accommodating, but the building maintenance and the owner of the business is a let down. Pool is nice and there's a sauna but your friend or girlfriend can't use the pool without the key card holder, they can't even leave the building without the key card holder. Didn't meet my expectations. It is bit of scam this place. First our apartment didn't not have a view. We asked to be moved to have a view. They couldn't give us a one bedroom with a view, which I payed for, so they supplied a studio. I still payed the full amount for a one bedroom. The studio apartment was terrible, hot water was always broken and the bathroom fan didn't work. The apartment smelled very bad, so bad that when you leave your cloths smell like the apartment. Sofa was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, bed so small we could barely sleep together. I asked the technician about the hot water heater. He said it was 12 years old. Nothing has been replaced in these apartments and no maintenance is done. There are much better places to stay in Manila. Even the building itself smells very bad. Only one key card per room and the process is very tiring and time consuming. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Andreas (2/5): Borders on scam. - It existed. The entire building has a cockroach problem and they're everywhere (bathroom, fridge, sink, cabinets, under the bed). There are full traps that they are supposedly deploying as The owners aren't advertising on booking themselves but a third party which is advertising amenities that aren't even present. Upon asking for them they said none of their flats have them, ask if we really needed them (we paid for them to be there!), and then promise to provide them the next day, but they never do. They ask you to stay in and wait for their own employees to come to look after the pest problem since the building pest control never showed up for the follow-up appointments. We booked 16 days, couldn't take it anymore after. 4 days, the owners were okay with an early checkout given the situation and said they were not advertising on booking themselves and that it was added by a third party in another country. And while they explained the situation to them, we would have to open a support ticket with booking. So we did - the result? Despite submitted proof of the problems and communication with the owner: "Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation.". So despite having barely used half the reservation period, false advertising and the owner agreeing to early checkout and a refund, none was provided and the third party just stopped communication through booking. Maria (the actual local owner of the flats) also appears to have a problem with foreigners having Filipino partners and made an inappropriate comment while rushing me through a form for the checkout process. Other than that, only one access card can be provided which is non-transferable (has a photo) and violations are fined. So whoever you're staying with is at your Gramercy here. I've stayed at several places across the Philippines and this was by far the worst. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rob888olsen (1/5): Host apartments - Wasn't much to like the staff was not very helpful at all. Was a absolute nightmare from the beginning of booking this place for our family trip. I booked 3 2 bedroom apartments for our family trip and paid upfront thinking that would be the end of it and not realising this is in fact a host accommodation and not a hotel. They wanted ID and deposit from anyone that wanted a room key and that key you need for the elevators and only the person with the key was allowed to use it so you could imagine the nightmare with 15 people. the guards and staff wouldn't help with booking a taxi or grab. Lots of waiting around for the host to get the room keys. Has no bar or breakfast. Definitely avoid if your booking for groups or family events to avoid all the headaches.

However, the lobby staff appeared visibly unhappy with their jobs, which made them come across as unapproachable and unfriendly when I asked for assistance. Their explanations were unclear, and it didn’t feel like they were willing to help. The check-in process was also more complicated than it needed to be. It would have been much smoother if the host had explained the procedure in advance. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same confusion during check-in.

The flat itself has a good sized living dining room and a separate bedroom, which like. There was plenty of hanging and storage space. The presentation of the flat was immaculate. There were blinds for the windows … but I found they did not cut out enough light for my taste. The aircon in the bedroom was difficult to set.

It made zero difference. Dirty. Small, Dark, Depressing. Inaccurate pictures (not of the room we stayed in). Our keys were not left in the unit upon arrival hence we couldn't leave the suitcases/ room.unattended. Only one key card issued. Thus you must accompany your guests in and out of the property. Very inconvenient. A million house rules to comply with. Jumped up security staff trying to enforce rules like "2 people not allowed to share a chair in the lobby". Worst place I've ever stayed at in the Philippines 🇵🇭

The Christmas decorations were nice and it looked like a very nice place. The location was really good. Amazing view from the balcony. Maybe because we did not book through the hotel, we get the feeling we were not treated as one of their customers. The concierge weren’t as helpful towards us as maybe they were to others, the gym staff ask which colour room card you have and they were a little rude/ blunt- maybe because we were green, not gold or platinum. The room had cockroaches, no tea/ coffee/ water and decor was dated. Air con leaked out into the balcony. We were told we needed to be around for 11am for a deposit and then nobody turned up, also nobody helped at reception when we tried to go there and give it ourselves. The pool is covered by shade so doesn’t get any sun, it’s not as impressive as it looks in the pictures.

Abdullah (6/5): Nice location but the apartment was not clean because cockroaches were all over the place - The location, wifi was super fast and the staff were friendly The loft was not clean and cockroaches were all over the place specially, in the toilets and the kitchen. , they were no locks the doors for both bedrooms.
