• Giulia (9/5): - Appartamento completo di tutto adatto anche a soggiorno lunghi. Terrazzo panoramico e finestra con vista spettacolare con doppia esposizione. Ottima la fornitura per la colazione, utilissimo il parcheggio per l'auto interno al cancello e coperto con pompeiana. Consigliatissimo!!

• Massimo (9/5): Soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo - Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, host gentilissimo e disponibile, Piccolo difetto, peraltro impossibile da migliorare, la posizione un po’ decentrata rispetto al paese di Umbertide. Bella comunque la casa e la posizione in collina in mezzo al verde.

• William (10/5): - Soggiorno sereno, posticino molto carino con terrazza panoramica, anche se in realtà la vista da tutte le finestre è un signor panorama! Intero appartamento a disposizione con climatizzatore, sia in camera che in soggiorno, fornelli e addirittura un barbecue. C’è tutto quello di cui una persona potrebbe aver bisogno. Anche per quanto riguarda la colazione c’era un po’ di tutto, soprattutto dolce (ottime le fette biscottate, se posso sbilanciarmi). È presente una macchinetta del caffè con cialde con anche la possibilità di farsi il cappuccino. C’è la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in un posto al coperto (sotto una tettoia), a cui accedere aprendo il cancello automatico. Il gestore è una persona veramente squisita con cui abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scambiare quattro chiacchiere. Salutiamo anche Mozzo il micio, un coccolone a cinque stelle. L’unico aspetto non a cinque stelle forse è il materasso, un pochino rigido per i nostri gusti, ma abbiamo comunque passato una notte serena dormendo fino al cantare del gallo la mattina. Non vediamo l’ora di poterci tornare, tanto ci siamo trovati bene!
• Heakyung (10/5): Couldn't be better. - Couldn't be better. It was spacy, Paolo knows how to manage the place. The parking lot was inside. Snack and coffee and water was ready. Just great! This place was fully booked so it's better to reserve earlier.
• Michael (10/5): Exceeded our expectations. 10/10 on everything - The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions. There was nothing to dislike, all really good
