• Jérôme (9/5): - Mauro fournit tous les conseils nécessaires pour faciliter le self check-in ainsi que la visite de la ville. L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé. C'est très propre et très confortable. L'isolation sonore est un peu faible, on entend parler le personnel du restaurant à côté. Le prix du ménage devrait être inclus de base dans le prix, pas en charge supplémentaire, on est sur Booking.com, pas sur AirBnB.

Mauro was very welcome and keeps us informed, including giving us a tip where to eat and what to see. Great facilities. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay when next time in Syracuse. nothing

• Marius (10/5): Clean, comfy, quiet and close to Ortigia Island! - The apartament was very clean, cozy, quiet and had everything you might need for a stay in Syracuse. The host, Mauro, is an amazing guy as he explained all the details how to get to the location and also how to self check in. In addition, he suggested a couple of places to visit and eat, which is amazing when you get tips from a local. I plan to return next year ad the ptice value and conditions were excellent. There is nothing to not like about the flat.

L’ aria condizionata funzionava benissimo! Mauro è una persona squisita, super gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo parlato tantissimo, ci ha portato anche le brioches la mattina. Consiglio di venire a trovarlo e di visitare Ortigia che è davvero stupenda.

• Keanie (8/5): Convenient location, spaceous, ground floor - Convenient location, walking distance to the old town. Bedroom and living room are spaceous. Having secondary washroom is convenient. The unit is on the ground floor so it is easy to move in/out with suitcases. We found the parking spot on the street, not far away from the apartment. There are no windows in the unit. We stayed only one night and spent all time outdoors other than to come back to sleep so it did not bother us much. Getting into the apartment has this challenge: it is dark, and you can not turn on the light at the door step, so you may miss one step that leads into the apartment.
