• Danièle (7/5): Séjour de 3 nuits, le jacuzzi était un plus dans notre choix de location, un peu déçu qu’on avait pas la main pour le ch - Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Monopoli, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, et la seconde terrasse privative sur le toit. Pour oreilles sensibles, le bruit des hottes des restaurants la nuit, le jacuzzi est chauffé sur demande, le programme est bloqué. Sur un court séjour, on a pas pu en profiter le premier jour.
• clotilde (9/5): Comfortable place to relax after a busy day. - This property was a lovely place to stay while I was on a work/leisure trip for a week. I loved that it was so well cared for each day by the staff. Rocco was at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions and his replies were very prompt. It was very comfortable to stay here too. I loved having the small fridge too. Perhaps it would be helpful to have a mug/ cup to make some coffee at the end of the day. Though I did purchase a beautiful mug as a souvenir from Monopoli !!

• rosie (10/5): Excellent property in a beautiful location - Loved the setting of this property. Absolutely beautiful views from the two terraces. The hot tub and loungers in the roof terrace were amazing. Great communication. 10/10!!! Nothing I didn’t like, but be mindful this property has steep stairs so would not recommend for individuals with mobility issues

The terrace has an incredible view and the rooftop spa is perfect! Nothing! We loved every minute

• Patrick (7/5): Airbnb like stay in the old town of Monopoly, great location, clean rooms and reliable but basic room service. We liked - Excellent location in the old town (no cars), very close to the water Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The room got cleaned every day but we’ve not seen a single employee throughout the stay. The jacuzzi on the roof as shown in the first picture was not there or we did not find it on the roof. And the doors in room, including to the bathroom were around 1.70m high, so very dangerous to catch a nice headache, especially in the night

• Julie (8/5): Relaxing and in the perfect location - The room is in the best location and at the back it is quiet. It had a lovely shower and regular cleaning. I slept very well, I would have liked some outside space, for my own future reference - there was a small balcony but I couldn't access it. Also, there wasn't information in the room, like the WiFi code and although I had a kettle I didn't have a mug. But overall it was good.

• John (9/5): Comfortable apartment right in the heart of old Monopoli. - It is incredibly central to the old town which is delightful. The facilities are great and the spa Bath is lovely but my wife would have preferred a conventional shower . Driving around the old town is very difficult as the roads are so narrow. Getting to the property by cab would have been much easier than driving to it

Room kept cool with good climate control air conditioning. Walls were thick enough to block out sounds. Only one pillow if you like more. No kettle in room.

• Lv (10/5): Lovely place near the waterfront in the old town of Monopoli - Modern and steps from the port where you can see the sunrise/sunset. No bulky keys to open the 3 doors - but a key card. Just scan and you’re in.

I got told at check in and then it was out of my mind later on and I bumped my head. It was unclear from the photos of the property that the hot tub isn’t for general use and is included specifically with a room.
