Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése az apartmannak, gyalog szinte minden megközelíthető. 5 perc sétára van a Rab várostól, 10 perc sétára a strandtól, gyógyszertár, bolt a közvetlen közelében. Privát autóbeállóval rendelkezik. Jól klimatizált, az alsó-felső szint külön. Csendes helyen van, könnyen megközelíthető. Pici a fagyasztó a hűtőben. Nincs szúnyogháló az ablakokon.
