• Zuleima (8/5): Apartamento excelente con muy buenas vistas - Limpieza excelente, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar las vacaciones y unas vistas increíbles Los pasillos de las zonas comunes estaban muy sucios, la piscina muy bien pero muy pocas hamacas y la gente reservaba las pocas que había, nunca pude coger ninguna a pesar de ir temprano. La ubicación esta genial pero es imposible encontrar aparcamiento.

• Carol (7/5): Initially disappointing, but once we cleaned we enjoyed our stay - great pool - The bed was comfortable. There was a large fridge and oven. Coffee machine. Nice balcony and chairs. Washing liquid and hand wash provided, plus some starter basics, but no water. Lovely pool. Our We had to clean the place and buy cleaning liquid for the floor and bathroom which we left for others to use. The sofa looks like it belongs in a skip. Towels had been used, hairs on them. 400 steps down / up into town.
• Georgiana (9/5): The apartment is cozy and comfortable, we loved our stay there. - We really liked the view from the balcony of the apartment, the facilities, the fact that it is equipped with a washing machine. Easy to find parking spot (street parking). Having salt and pepper available in the kitchen is a thoughtful touch for guests, some cooking essentials, like oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and some washing detergent.

• Greg (4/5): Not what I expected. - Clean appartment, aircon, safe, coffee machine with samples of capsules, fairly modern look, quiet during the day. Very rude facility management, with no respect for old people. I can say that old people are being discriminated here. Someone who introduced himself as president of Canaima apartments kicked out 73 years old lady from the smaller children swimming pool, making show and humiliating her in front of oherl users. What is more he closed the parasol she was using without asking (I will add here that the parasol was set up for her by someone else so she could stay in the shadow), so she was exposed to the direct heat from the sun. Not even bothering about her health issues. Luckily there was a young lady who tried to help, she explained that due to the age and health she cannot get into the bigger swimming pool, she will drown. But he was not listening, keep shouting and asking to move, He also wanted the appartment number she was staying in. Very disgusting and discriminating behaviour towards elderly people. There was another woman with him, she didn't want to introduce herself but also was insisting the old lady to move out. Very disgusting and humiliating. For this reason I will not come back to any of the apartments in the Canaima. Later I got in touch with the host and explained what happened. The host apologised for what happened suggesting to ignore those people but this incident was so much humiliating to the old lady that she didn't come back. Therefore I will not come back to any of the Canaima apartment due to lack of respect for elderly people. Shower needed attention- was leaking, no soap or shower gel (empty bottles) so we had to buy it separate (not good if staying only couple days).
• Nils (8/5): - Helt greit leilighets område. Rent på område.Var fornøyd med leiligheten og terasse. Stille og rolig sted Internett fungerte to av dagene. Resten av tiden var det nede. Ingen hjelp å få. Skitten sofa inne og trekkene på stolene ute og bordet ute. Savnet kaffetrakter. Ingen rødvinsglass og litt mangel på boller til matlaging.

• magdalena (7/5): En general bien. - La tranquilidad del complejo,la piscina muy limpia y fresca. El apartamento estaba reformado y con todas las comodidades. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. La salida del apartamento a las 10.30 de la mañana. El aire acondicionado está en el salón/cocina no llega a la habitación. Además está situado justo delante del sofá y siempre da directamente. Las toallas olían mal,tuvimos que lavarlas en la lavadora para poder usarlas.

• Catalina Florentina (10/5): Bastante bien todo!Gracias! - Apartamento muy limpio con todo lo que se necesita para vacaciones en familia.Zona tranquila,a unos minutos de restaurantes,tiendas,playa… Somos clientes desde hace años de Canaima y sabemos lo que hay.Si no tienes coche,hay muchas escaleras para subir desde el centro de Puerto Rico hasta el apartamento.Solo lo comento para la gente que tiene problemas de salud,personas mayores o este tipo de cosas.Si tienes coche,aveces no hay aparcamiento en la calle y al final te toca aparcar lejos y volver a subir escaleras a pies…porque el dueño del apartamento no tiene alquilada plaza de parking en el complejo. De noche hay ruido de los bares de Puerto Rico(lo mencioné para la gente que le molesta esto). El Wifi en los ultimos 4 dias ha dejado de funcionar y el dueño nunca me contestó a mi mensaje cuando le comenté esto.
