- Alexandre (5/5): Vue appréciable, mais manque sérieusement de confort en plein été. - La vue -Pas de climatisation, 28 degrés dans l’appartement. -Douche qui fuit. -Lits à faire soi-même (lorsqu’on paye le linge de lit on s’attend à ce qu’il soit en place) -Chambre du sous sol inutilisable (humidité) -Gestion des ordures très contraignantes (sur un lieu de vacances, nous sommes là pour penser à autre chose que de sortir les poubelles quotidiennement)
- Pascale (7/5): - La vue sur le lac Majeur, la beauté de la résidence, la tranquillité du lieu. Appartement très bien agencé dans lequel il ne manque rien. En haut d'une colline avec route d'accès longue et très étroite. Porte vitrée de la salle à manger condamnée et seul accès au balcon par une chambre. Bien que bien agencée, nous n'avons pas aimé la chambre en sous sol, froide et humide.
- Esther (5/5): All in all nice stay but problems with agency staff and accuracy in time and helpfulness. - The appartement is located on a mountain with lots of narrow curves about 1,5 km from the sea - parking and driving is difficult. The view from the little terrace is nice and you have morning sun. The appartement is quite new and friendly with everything you need - but you have to pay extra for bed linnen and towels and taxe etc. etc. which is not mentioned when booking. The agency person (Lisa) on arrival wasn't there at arrival, although discussed many times in advance. We hat to wait nearly 1 hour! It came out, that she had other clients that she wanted to serve first. There is no parking available on arrival and you reach the house on a steep narrow street. Also 2 houses have the same number (59) and it is not clear where to go! The C in 59C is not indicated - so you are lost where to go. At departure we also had to wait but only a few minutes - that was acceptable. In the appartement the internet was not working, but wifi was connecting. So i guess the router wasn't configured correctly - but the agency didn't care! Also the heating was difficult to achieve (the controller was in a wrong mode and there were no instructions at all). There a problems with flickering lights in the living room, esp. in the evening - probably due to electricity interferences with other customers (washing machine, water heating?). Also the house is very badly isolated against accustic sounds - clairaudient - from others. We could here the washing machine going in the night 2:30 - 3:30 and bathing and showering e.g.
