• Samuele (3/5): Gli anziani gestori sono in un brutto momento - La pulizia era discreta, ma sotto il letto era imbarazzante. La gestione invece è imbarazzante. Sono stati molto maleducati Consiglio di rifare gli infissi perché era impossibile dormire nelle camere da letto che davano sulla strada trafficata

• Barbara (9/5): Appartamento antico, bellissimo e principesco - Appartamento molto grande con due camere, una cucina accessoriata, un tinello che non abbiamo usato, un salotto con tv e un grande bagno con doccia separata all'interno del bagno. Inoltre c'era una bella piscina nel giardino sottostante. Peccato che il tempo non abbia permesso nemmeno un bagno. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Un mio problema è trovare letti comodi e purtroppo qui non ho riposato bene. Il mio compagno, invece, ha dormito come un ghiro.
• Thomas (9/5): Dieser Herd! Den hätte ich gerne auch daheim. - Große Wohnung im ersten Stock, schön eingerichtet, mit allem Komfort. Köche werden den 6-flammigen Gasherd mit Wok-Brenner und Gußeisen-Grillplatte lieben. Gepflegter Garten mit Pool, ein willkommener Bonus bei konstant über 30 Grad. Riesiges Badezimmer. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Liegt an wochentags recht stark befahrener Straße. Im größeren Schlafzimmer ist es doch ziemlich laut. Im kleineren gartenseitigen SZ schläft es sich besser. Zu viert hätten wir eine Münze werfen und Ohrstöpsel verteilen müssen. ;-)

• servais (5/5): L’endroit est parfait…si vous n’avez pas la malchance d’être au Rez de chaussée . La gérante est disponible et a attendu - L’emplacement qui permettait de visiter cette magnifique région. Le village est très beau Nous avons choisi ce lieu en fonction des photos. Rien ne nous laissait comprendre qu’il y avait trois locations. Logés au rez de chaussée, notre seul accès extérieur au jardin était la salle de bain. Un petit salon de jardin devant la sortie était notre seul espace extérieur. Pour nous qui vivons enfermés toute l’année la déception est amère. Lorsque j’ai exprimé ma déception à la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis , elle m’a répondu qu’il fallait voir avec le propriétaire. Hors lorsque j’avais essayé de le joindre, il m’a renvoyé vers elle.Ces photos de vue sur les collines sont réelles à condition de ne pas être logés au Rez de chaussée . L’appartement du 1er était loué à des hôtes habituels. Celui du deuxième est resté vide 12 jours sur les quatorze de notre séjour, et pas envisageable de pouvoir y séjourner. Pas de climatisation, ce qui n’est pas la fin du monde. Mais nous n’avions pas contrairement aux deux autres logements de ventilateur. Nous avons dû acheté un afin de pouvoir dormir. Les coussins sont plus qu’inconfortables.
• Florence (8/5): Bel appartement bien rénové dans un immeuble ancien - L’appartement est très spacieux et dispose de beaux volumes. La salle de bains est neuve et la douche est immense! Le jardin et la petite piscine sont très agréables. Le Palazzo Regina est aussi très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Pergola et presque à côté du musée). L’absence de climatisation qui peut être un problème lors de fortes chaleurs. La rue très passante et donc très bruyante, heureusement qu’une de 2 chambres donne sur le jardin (à noter que les chambres sont en enfilade).
• T.J. (10/5): Beautiful apartments, beautiful garden & pool and very close walking distance to the village (3 min) - Beautiful Palazzo in the center of Pergola. It is a short walk (3 min) to city center. The apartment was large and clean. We had the apartment of Jack (host). Very luxurious. Beautiful high ceilings with fresco's. A very nice diner room with a big table. The Palazzo has a beautiful garden with a nice and clean swimming pool. There are enough parasols and beds. Highly recommend the Palazzo Regina.
• Rafał (8/5): - Basen z prysznicem, leżaki i parasole, patio, bardzo dobre wifi, TV z VPN, zadbany ogród, funkcjonalna łazienka, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Brak okien dźwiękoszczelnych od strony ruchliwej ulicy, brak moskitier, brak klimatyzacji, brak zmywarki, ograniczony dostęp do pralni.

• Mario (10/5): - Super Kontakt mit Besitzer. Grosse und saubere Wohnung. Heizung ausgefallen.Es kam aber innerhalb einer Stunde Hilfe.
• Ralf (1/5): - Es war nachts extrem laut, teils von der Straße, teils vom nahegelegenen Park. Sehr laute Technomusik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Der Vermieter versprach uns eine Annulierung, da wir nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen haben. Nun erhalten wir aber doch keine Verrechnung von den 3 Nächten.
• Harrie (10/5): Koninklijk!! - De naam van jullie appartement dekt alles: Paleis van de koningin Een geweldig mooi en groot appartement!! Met alle luxe die je maar kan wensen. Wat erg fijn was dat je heerlijk in de mooie grote tuin kon zitten en dan niets hoorde van het lawaai van de straat. Super aardige gastheer en gastvrouw!! Genoten van het, door de gastheer gemaakt, zuurvlees! Nogmaals bedankt!! Pergola is een typisch Italiaans stadje met weinig of geen toerisme. Gelukkig waren we nog op zondag 1 oktober en hebben we het truffelfestijn mee mogen maken. Ook nog een bezoek gebracht aan het plaatselijke museum Alles was top!
• Paola (9/5): - L'appartamento è nuovo, completo di tutto quello che può servire. Al piano terra, la camera da letto è silenziosa e il bagno ha una bella doccia spaziosa! La piscina è sicuramente il punto forte (almeno per me), ottima per combattere il caldo. Il giardino è ben tenuto e va in ombra nel tardo pomeriggio, ottimo per rientrare dalle gite e godersi un po' di relax al fresco. Gli host sono gentili e alla mano, sempre disponibili via Whatsapp. Se dovessi tornare in zona, alloggerei sicuramente da loro. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà composto da due letti singoli, e i cuscini sono davvero molto scomodi. Avrei apprezzato che la porta a vetri che fa passare al bagno al giardino fosse interamente "opacizzata", e non coperta a pezzi come è in questo momento. Se i proprietari volesse fare un piccolo upgrade, sarebbe un'ottima idea installare delle zanzariere, almeno in camera!

• Wolfgang (10/5): rundum gelungen - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alle Fotos in Booking entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Sehr liebevoll restauriertes Haus. Die Einrichtung ist top, Bad, Küche, Dusche, Esszimmer, Aufenthaltsraum, ... Sehr hochwertige und stimmige Möbel. Die Lage in Pergola ist ideal, 200m zum Supermarkt, und im Zentrum ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Ort Pergola ist sehr offen für Touristen, und nicht touristisch ausgerichtet. Man darf hier das italienische Leben in den Marken miterleben. Für Ausflüge ins Land, bis hin nach Perugia und andererseits ans Meer und Ancona bestens geeignet. Mit Autofahrten von 30 min bis 70 min hat man mehr als genügend für eine Woche im Einzugsgebiet. An der Straßenseite des Hauses sind Verkehrsgeräusche wahrnehmbar, die ersten Autos sind so ca ab 7:00 morgens unterwegs und so nach 22:00 Uhr tritt verkehrstechnisch die Nachtruhe ein. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass einer der beiden Schlafräume zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet ist. Mich hat es nicht gestört, ich hab auch nachmittags ein gutes Nickerchen in diesem zur Straßenseite ausgerichteten Schlafraum gemacht (ich würde mich eher als geräuschempfindlich einstufen). Der Schlafraum zur Gartenseite ist sowieso die Ruhe selbst :-). Sehr gepflegter Garten und Pool mit vielen Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, zu verweilen, schwimmen, essen, ... Und die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, 120m2. So war es ideal für mich, mich auch mal für einen halben Tag in einen Raum zu setzen um zu arbeiten. Die Internetverbindung ist stabil und ausreichend für Online-Meetings und Online-Arbeit. Rundum gelungen. Gerne wieder. nichts

• Dietmar (10/5): Top - Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Top Lage direkt im Ort - Garten und Swimmingpool sind sehr schön angelegt und auch sehr ruhig und über einen Halbstock leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und der Mix zwischen Moderne (Bad neu, groß und äußerst komfortabel und Küche) und den restaurierten Räumen ist äußerst gelungen!
