Charles (8/5): Parfait - Logement confortable, propre, bien situé pour courses et visites. Je recommande. Manque de luminosité, Ajouter de la vaisselle serait bien, pour 6 personnes c'est un peu court, n'hésitez pas à préciser qu'il y a des escaliers pour y entrer, pour les pmr c'est utile 😉

Gemma (8/5): Lovely visit but August in Florence is very hot! - Good location, not loud at night but close to shops and all the tourist attractions of Florence Unfortunately the airconditioning wasn’t working in a couple of the rooms and because we arrived on the Friday evening it took a few days to send someone out to fix it. We also felt the floor needed a better sweep and clean before we arrived. The showers and rest of the apartment was very clean but I think the shower heads could do with descaling or replacing. Also the freezer needs defrosting
