• Horn (1/5): Absolute crap and will NEVER use Booking.com again - We were unable to contact the key holder to collect the keys, this despite calling the number given which went straight through to answerphone. When I eventually managed to speak to someone at Booking.com they told me at 17.40 you were unable to offer the property. I was in London with my partner and three overseas teenagers and your actions are totally unacceptable and I will NEVER use Booking.com again. You should be ashamed of yourself leaving people in central London at 17.40 with no accommodation. I have already told all my friends and associated to never use the company.

We had to pre pay months ago - never heard from them again and when we got to the address, there was no one to be found and nobody could be reached. • Amit (3/5): Would never come back. - Location Too small. The rooms are at different floors. No place to open baggage in the rooms. Second bathroom is just standing space. The wash basin of second bathroom is small enough for only palm of hands and nothing else.
• Mark (8/5): Good location but the lack essential products in the apartment did let the place down - Location Lack of fresh towels bed sheets there was no toilet paper no cleaning products and there was no local tv channels had to stream my own accounts also had buy batteries for remote
• Mayra (9/5): The stay was amazing, very memorable. - The property was truly exceptional, it was very comfortable and it was 5 minutes or less to the metro stations. Omar was very easy to communicate and was willing to help with whatever was needed. Would really recommended your stay here. The property was amazing the only inconvenience was that it didn’t have ac but it had fans instead.
• Christopher (8/5): Dinton House - Clean and nicely decorated. Good variety of restaurants nearby. Could have done with more soap and toilet paper. I couldn't find the iron. USB points would help too if changing the plugs.
• Mark (9/5): Enjoyed our stay. - Great location and friendly neighborhood. Close to everything and easy access to public transportation. While there were plenty of fans, they were not air conditioners. This meant the apartment was a little on the warm side.

• Walters (9/5): Superb - The house was large enough for our family of six to sleep comfortably. The flat was very clean, although it does need the carpets cleaned or replaced. The only true negative of the house is the property management. A couple of days prior to arrival I sent an email letting the property agent knwo when our train wiill arrive. The prioperty management was thankful for the email. An hour prior us to our arrival in London I once again emailed letting them know of the time of our arrival. I was told to give them a 30 minute notification prior to our arrival. Once we arrived to London, I gave the property management about 20 minute notive of our arrivial. I was told by the property manager they will be at the flat in 20 to 25 minutes. After that time had passed I called again, and was told they were five minutes from the property. The property manager finally arrived over an hour late, whcih caused stress because we were now running late to our first excusion.

A massive shout out to the host Omar for being friendly, quick to reply any inquiries and even accommodating requests such as late checkout.
• Jill (10/5): It was a very comfortable apartment , but lacking in kitchen accessories. - It was close to the Tube, it was secure and extremely comfortable We were asked to put our toilet tissue in bins by the side of the loo. Not very hygienic. We were told the toilet kept getting blocked.

• Lynda (5/5): Although reasonable clean, kitchen needed a revamp and out of use toilet, a real inconvenience. - Warm apartment with plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. There was an iron, pity there wasn't a hairdryer. The given telephone number would not connect and we spent a fraught 45 minuets plus, trying to get hold of Booking.com and someone to meet us with the keys. Then followed numerous calls from the representative asking where we were on our journey from the station to the property. Very disconcerting especially as it had gone dark and we did not know the area. There was a dangerous water leak from a hole above the kitchen T.V. , which was switched on, and from below it. so could not use that end of the kitchen table because of a pool of water.

• Ubok (9/5): I had a wonderful stay at Marylebone. It's become my preferred place of stay whenever I'm in London. - The property is fantastic and cosy, neat and warm. It was a perfect getaway with colleagues from work for the few days we were in London. The heating works really well. Location is central and close to most every thing: station, market, attractions.
