• DE KLERK (3/5): Not fully satisfied with Booking.com - We booked for a Deluxe Queen Room and received confirmation for it but only reveive a normal double room with cold water, the coffee in the container was so hard we have to scratch it out and only 2 very very small containers milks, only for 2 cups. The room was really clean

There was no Fan or Aircon, we had to close the windows deu to the nice kat being so friendly and want to come and sleep by us. 2. A bit of outside furniture would go a long way for the double family room

Ohh there is also a restaurant nearby serving the best food. There is no air conditioning but atleast there is an electric blanket and an extra blanket for the cold, otherwise interms of heat the room itself is very cool inside. Other thing the hot water for showering is a low blow because it gets hot for 1 minute while you showering then the water gets extremely cold again

• Caroline (6/5): - De ligging van de accomodatie is goed en de auto kan geparkeerd worden achter een hek. Onze kamer was ruim en de kitchenette was fijn om te hebben en goed uitgerust. Het bed is aan de harde kant. Daarnaast hadden wij om nieuw bedlinnen gevraagd, aangezien er meerdere haren op lagen en er wat kleine vlekken op zaten (de rest van de kamer zag er overigens netjes uit). We hebben via meerdere manieren geprobeerd contact te zoeken met de eigenaar, maar helaas werd er na enkele uren wachten nog steeds geen gehoor gegeven aan ons verzoek of onze vraag om contact met ons op te nemen. Carina (iemand met wie wij eerder contact hadden) reageerde daarentegen wel snel, maar aangezien zij niet in de buurt was, kon zij niks anders voor ons betekenen dan ons bericht doorgeven aan de eigenaar.

• Southey (9/5): It was perfect for what I needed it for. - Overall I enjoyed my stay and the host was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was neat and clean and spacious. It had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I prefer a softer bed. The bed is a little hard for my liking I didn't have the best night's sleep and woke up with a sore back. Maybe have the option to offer a softer mattress.

Forgot my jacket at the room when I checked-out and they called me to notify me. I came to collect it after a few days and it was still there. Very trustworthy staff. Reception needs to be more attentive waited quite a while at the gate. There was a little bit of confusion where we should go there should be a board to specify between the reception gate and the guest entrance gate

A few things needing attention: 1 cupboard smelt quite bad, water pressure wasn't great but we had lovely hot water, bathroom door battled to close and was noisy, Our bed, although comfortable, was loud and creaky, every time we sat down or turned, it woke the others. As we only slept there, none of this affected our stay. My son used the little milks from the fridge on the last day and unfortunately they were sour. It was still a good, convenient place to stay. Thank you. Damp smell, creaky bed.

For 2 sharing I expected 2 single or three quarter beds for comfotability. I shared a room with my fellow church member, it was not so nice to share a bed with her. We did not know how to operate the TV, the lady who orientated us did not know too, she could not help us.
