• Victoria (10/5): I highly reccomend!!! - The owners were always there for me when I needed help with something, and they were always available via WhatsApp, which made me feel very safe and taken care of! It was sooo easy with public transport, the bus stop (several ones) are right next to the apartment, making it sooo comfortable. In Brussels the big supermarkets close quite early, but near the apartment there are several mini-markets that are open very late, even 24/7. Nothing
• Mohammed (5/5): Moyen. - Spacieux et propre Il fait super froid dans l’appartement, un seul chauffage de disponible. Il y a une télévision mais pas de chaînes.
• Azza (4/5): - Je n’ai pas trop aimé mon séjour. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, donc il faisait froid dans la chambre. En plus, la porte est en verre et elle était cassée, du coup le vent entrait. Le matelas est de très basse gamme : j’ai vraiment eu mal au dos. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de bruit, sûrement à cause de travaux pendant la période de notre hébergement. Dommage, parce que ça a vraiment gâché le séjour.

Una sola estufa en toda la estancia, con temperatura de - 4 grados en el exterior.

• Jara (7/5): - La casa es espaciosa, y la comunicación con quién lo alquila es fácil y rápida. La privacidad de poder tener un espacio completo. El espacio tiene una configuración extraña, es como si entraras a una cochera. La escalera da sensación de poco estable. Si vais con niños pequeños puede ser un punto a tener en cuenta. La cocina está muy poco equipada. La calefacción parecía que solo funcionaba abajo, especialmente en el baño. De todas maneras, para los precios que se ven en el mercado, es funcional, privado y sirve para pasar unos días en Bruselas.

• Nguyen (7/5): It was good that we spent 3 evenings in this spacious appt at affordable costs. - Spacious 1bdr appt with all necessary amenities. The mattress is too soft that we ended up sleeping on the floor. The bedsheet is not good either, made of sheer fabric. The outside and surrounding look dirty.

Ho chiesto aiuto alla ragazza per un problema avuto in casa che mi ha risposto immediatamente e molto cortesemente C'erano anche delle coperte in caso di freddo Mancanza di attrezzatura da cucina (minimo indispensabile)

• Fabio (1/5): I'd suggest to amend the description that property is located in the back and improve the entrance. - Nothing. It’s expensive, far from the centre, its located behind the front building which the address was provided, therefore it feels like an abandoned site, with letters spread and very dark. When you are travelling with your family (or even alone), safety is first always. It did not feel like a legit place and safe for us. The owner tried to contact via whatsapp without my consent what felt also pushy. Not to mention he showed up by car with someone else. I would not stay longer to see what would happen.

• Svitlana (8/5): - Я была с двумя детьми, у нас было всё необходимое ,чтобы приготовить покушать, принять душ и хорошо выспаться. В 10-15минутах пешком от номера были большие супермаркеты. Номер был уютным и чистым. Огромное и отдельное спасибо Владельцам, которые всегда были на связи и интересовались все ли у нас хорошо. Это приятно.

• Pascal (5/5): Basic, OK for 1 quick night - Overall, good for a night. Not worth the price but in the cheapest and others don't seem really better, so 🤷‍♂️ Basement-like, studio in the back of the inner courtyard. No real windows to the outside. The window of the bedroom overlooks the garage! No real radiators, only a single portable electrical radiator. Bed mattress is too soft, no real support; that said, I slept well. Poor finishing touches (painting); not a real problem but feels sloppy.
• Bilíková (5/5): Passable - Great attitude of the owner of appartment, friendliness. Unfortunately in the bathroom a intensive smell of cigarettes smoke, maybe from the appartment upstairs? There could be more glasses, cups and cuttlery. If there was one heating in each room, it would be better.

• Kateryna (5/5): unsatisfactory stay - Overall, it’s budget option of accommodation in Brussels It has a fridge, microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen stuff, TV nice shower with hot water There is a supermarket in 10 mins and a few food places The owner is very friendly and welcoming - Location and general conditions of accommodation It’s located a bit far away from the city center (you can take a direct bus) and the area is not really great The apartment is on the 1st floor and the entrance is from the old building yard. The apartment is cold but there is an electric heater in the bedroom The bedroom window has view to the next door warehouse and windows don’t have a security lock so it was unsafe as those could be easily unlocked Poor sound isolation No blow dryer
• Zeina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was cosy, clean and had useful kitchen utensils (kettle, electric plate, microwave). Not so far from the Brussels Grand Place. There was a heater. We loved the place. Not a lot of cooking cutlery (wooden spoon to stir), there was only one pan but no pot. It was difficult to find a place to park the car in the street.
• Marta (8/5): Very good - Owner was super helpfull and friendly, apartment was in a quiet place, it was in a very nice condition and well equiped. The location is far from the center and the train or bus stations and there is no public transport conection to flibco shuttle station if you have an early flight. The house was cold, had to keep heating on all night to be able to sleep.

• Ibrahim (10/5): Awesome and perfect apartment - The apartment was pretty clean, well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the bus stops and it easy to find a direct bus to the city centre, train stations and flixbus. The owners were quite friendly, cooperative and helpful. Overall, I recommend it to every one and families too.
• Georgina (9/5): It was really perfect place for the three days we spent there. Absolutely recommended. - We loved how easily we could get to anywhere in town, everything was so easily available. Also, the mini market right next to the steakhouse was very good, a hundred meters away from the apartment, we could buy everything we needed there. The apartment was clean, well-organized. The bedroom bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. The sofa might be an old one, we could feel smoke on it. But it was comfortable.
