• Anton (1/5): Misleading listing and significantly overpriced for the actual conditions and level of equipment provided. - The house itself is spacious and the interior layout of the apartment is acceptable for a short stay. Check-in process was straightforward. The property is marketed as a “villa,” however in reality it is a large house divided into multiple separate apartments. This is misleading, as there are no photos clearly showing the entire building or indicating that it is a multi-unit property. The surrounding area was dirty and still under construction, with visible trash and unfinished works around the territory. The kitchen was poorly equipped — there were no basic cooking utensils such as pots or proper knives (only a bread knife was provided). For a property priced at €160 per night, this level of equipment is unacceptable. Overall, the price does not match the quality or the actual condition of the property. It feels significantly overpriced for what is offered.
