Guest Reviews
- Kara (10/5): Perfect stay in a perfect place - Amazing apartment. So cosy, clean and right in the high street. BOOK IT:) Everything
- Claire (8/5): basic - The property is not in Harrogate but a nice little town, nice pub across the road lovely little shops & a nice pancake place up the road The beds were uncomfortable, bedding & pillows hard, a lot of stairs. The tv didn’t work, I had to sign in to the apps using my account. Needed to buy kitchen roll, dishcloth, shower gel which is usually complimentary at other places we have stayed.

- Viv (10/5): Pately Bridge long weekend break. - The location was perfect for our stay. The apartment had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. For a town property it was surprisingly quiet which was wonderful. Would highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect
- Ann (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay in lovely surroundings. - Location , proximity to all amenities.
Everything we could possibly need.
Easy drive to lots of other attractions. N/A
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - Great property was brilliant. It Was clean, spacious and in a good location. Had everything you would need to cook ect. Definitely would stop here again. Easy check in
- Angelo (7/5): Good - Location Open toilet and shower in the bedroom. Couldn't get the house warm on a cold night
- Cursons (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Gomersall (10/5): Comes highly recommended from us. Perfect central location for a weekend stay, or more. - The price. The size of the accommodation. Welcome pack. Location. Overall layout and master bedroom. The relatively early check out time of 10am. Even just an extra hour would have been brilliant.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, very modern property. Hosts gave great suggestions for local places to eat.
- Lisa (8/5): Disappointing - Good location in the town, on the high street, comfy beds, nice bedding and towels, spacious house, well equipped kitchen. Needs a bigger fridge, could do with some windows that open in the lounge and front bedroom as it was very warm and stuffy. Outside area was a bit disappointing, no privacy and not very inviting, so we didn't really use it and public toilets are in the building at the bottom of the garden. Not how we imagined it from the photos
- Linda (6/5): On the whole enjoyable with a few minor irritations. - Location was good, although a lot of noise from next door. Very handy to have shops and pub close by. We weren’t warned about the need to pay to park during the daytime. Neither were we keen on public toilets in such close proximity.
We couldn’t work the tv and there were no instructions.
There was only one set of towels for two of us. Messaged the owner to ask for more, but no response so had to go and buy towels.
As we are both quite elderly we found the back steps quite challenging especially when wet and carrying luggage. Again could have been forewarned.
- Murray (9/5): Great break, close to lots of interesting places - Really great location on the high street, well equipped accommodation. Beds a little hard but it is all down to personal preference.
- Gillian (8/5): Nice comfortable flat, excellent location. - Good location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, lovely walks from the door. Comfortable flat , close to pubs, cafes and shops. Parking close by , reasonably priced. No hairdryer, no washing machine , as described in itinerary.
- Jon (9/5): Superb - Great value for money. Nothing
- Julie (8/5): Very good - A spacious apartment and lovely views from the top floor. A bathroom for each bedroom. 2 flights of stairs.
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Very good - The house was very nice Good for walkers Very difficult þo find at 5pm. No number and difficult to find which door iñ the dark
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with easy parking just behind the property.
Property was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.
Hosts were really helpful.
Lovely place for a short break with our family with lots to explore in and around the area.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Lovely comfortable apartment, in a great position in Pateley Bridge.
- John (10/5): Beautiful house, great location and excellent hosts. - Fab hosts, Liz was so helpful and answered any questions. Great location, beautiful house, very cosy and well presented. We would definitely return. Nothing
- Louise (10/5): Amazing weekend, lovely accommodation and food was amazing in local pub - Lovely location, very clean and presentable. A warm, cosy and homely feel. Home from home. Good value parking and lots of spaces.
- Steve.1 (8/5): Great location right on the High Street - Great location right on the High Street, two comfortable en-suite bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Sometimes you can get some dodgy smells from the fish and chip shop next door.
- Taylor (10/5): We Are Already Planning Our Return Trip! - This was self catering though, I have to say, breakfast was great as my wife made it. Really, I don’t think there was a single thing that I would criticise. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of cutlery, crockery and china. There is even a small dish washer.
- Tracey (10/5): 2 night stay at Beechfield pately bridge - Very clean, well presented. .no noise from the street below. Maybe a larger fridge freezer if we'd have stayed for a week, but for weekends it was adequate.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent property and in a good location
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location with near by easy parking. Accomodation provided everrything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
- Jackie (10/5): Enjoyable stay in a lovely location. - The tv was hard to understand but with Liz’s help we got it working.
- Orla (9/5): Lovely stay and great host. Would definitely return. - Location was excellent and property was very well maintained. Liz was very friendly and helpful. The windows in the living area and one of the bedrooms couldn’t be opened (covered in Perspex). I’m sure there’s a good reason for this but in warm weather more fresh air would be good.
- Grant (8/5): Very nice but not sure when the weather is very hot as you cannot open front windows - Couldn’t open front windows
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely house, great location and very clean. All good, no problems
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional holiday rental, would definitely return...... - Lovely 2 bedded house with 2 ensuites. Decorated beautifully with everything you could need for your stay. We would highly recommend this lovely holiday rental and would definitely re-book to stay again. Liz (owner) was so friendly and communication was excellent. Thank you very much..... There was nothing to dislike......
- Sarah (9/5): Highly recommend as fantastic apartment in a fantastic location 😀 - Spacious, Clean & Everything you could need, just like being a home.
- Alan (9/5): great stay - great hosts - lovely property in the heart of the plush little village pretty cold 🤣
- Chris (10/5): My relatives stated it was beyond their expectations, they’d love to stay again! - I booked this accommodation for Christmas visitors and both I and them were not disappointed!
The accommodation was beautiful, lots of attention to detail and the photos do not do it justice. Everything you need for your stay was available, the kitchen was very well equipped and up to date.
As it was a Christmas stay it was lovely to see that thought had been given to this. There was a lovely Christmas tree and very subtle decorations in the living/dining room.
The bedroom are absolutely gorgeous and really well fitted. The bathroom areas are equally stunning.
Thank you, Chris Everything was perfect. We couldn’t think of anything that we didn’t like as such.
There was only one thing and this is down to the individual in terms of people who may be a little wary of open stairways to reach the entrance but I think you cover this point in your description.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Good long weekend went to Harrogate one day also walking eating - The Crown pub across the street is excellent for food fish chips next door brilliant other choices we didn’t have time to try. Very Yorkshire lovely
Parking £1 80 twenty four hours grate Lots of steps up to property (glad to be fit)
