- Block (10/5): Great host and booking.com should be ashamed - Claude is an amazing host..everything was clean and we got some nice welcoming gifts. The perfect host.... My booking is at booking was a horror. I put in my telephone number in the forms of booking and they gave the wrong number to the host. Booking gave instead of 10 years age of my daughter 0 age to the host... So he made the wrong bed and i have the date 2 march 25 as return date and they booked for 2 april 25 and than i had to book again and pay again. Booking can not get the numbers right on a telephone and an age and the date of a flight and the cost for extra tickets on the right date were 512 euro extra. Of course booking blamed me for writing my telephone number wrong the age of my daughter and the day of my flight. British Airways even explained that booking only needed to make one telephone call to them and they would change it without extra charges. i spent hours and hours with booking on the telephone but they just refused to call British Airways and i had to book new tickets.. a disgrace this booking.com so i would like to inform everybody, book your tickets elsewhere because they put their mistake on your plate..
