- LUIS EDGARDO (10/5): Acogedor, placentero, y amigable. - Lo que más me gustó es el trato cordial, educado, y amable de Álvaro. la relación humana facilita la estancia en el lugar. Nos recibió para darnos las llaves, además de todas las recomendaciones y sugerencias a tener en cuenta durante la estadía en cuanto al alojamiento, las condiciones de seguridad, como así también una breve orientación de los locales comerciales de la zona. Se puso a disposición para cualquier consulta que quisiéramos hacer, hemos agregado algunas horas más de las previstas en el horario de salida, no tuvo ningún inconveniente en encontrar el tiempo necesario para que pudiéramos permanecer. El lugar es muy acogedor porque tiene ese sello distintivo de las casas funcionales de otros tiempos, nos sentimos cómodos como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa, con el equipamiento necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. La zona, el barrio muy bien emplazado también fue otra de las ventajas, a mano de los lugares céntricos, o en todo caso sin recorrer largas distancias para las atracciones turísticas que tenga la ciudad. finalmente un dato muy importante, el contacto lo hice a través de mensajes telefónicos de la plataforma WhatsApp, Álvaro tuvo una respuesta inmediata de la solicitud, el resto se completó con mi familia en el lugar sin ningún inconveniente, y todo según lo descrito en la publicación. Excelente, recomendable 100%.
