• sabrina (8/5): - Very good location, local to shops and bus routes. the train station is not far either. The mattress was comfortable. I slept well. The Host is very friendly and helpful. Bonus he had my favourite drink when I arrived. I will be staying again. when I visit. N/A everything was fine for me.

Brilliant location for buses, trains, cafes, bars, parks and independent shops, but the highlight is Miles the host who is just fabulous! So accommodating of my plans each day, amazing breakfasts, really friendly guy - I honestly felt like I’d gone to stay with a friend. He turned just renting a room into such a welcoming home away from home. I had everything I needed and more, and can’t imagine ever choosing to stay anywhere else in London. Leaving
• Paul (8/5): Quiet, clean room with a generous host. - The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (which can be scarce in London!). The room had everything I needed, I had a view over a nice garden and a aw foxes playing in the early morning. I liked the place. The host was super friendly and a really interesting person. I messed up the booking at the start with but he was relaxed and helped me sort it out with no problems. He also makes an awesome breakfast! Theres a bit of clutter downstairs and in the garden but the host is sorting this out.

• Monika (7/5): Good - I love the location - my favourite area of London. The room was spatious and clean. The host is great ;) The shower courtain has already had its best moments, I guess.

• Urte (4/5): Disappointing - Location for us was comfortable because of friends living nearby that we were visting. The bed was comfortable. People are smoking inside so it was very uncomfortable to stay in a room with a bad smell. It is overpriced for what you get.

The property was a mish mash of furniture all not really having a purpose! It could do with some new items less muddle and coordinated. It could do with a good clean hoover, de muddle garden mend locks!

• Emmanuel (9/5): Quiet room. Wonderful host. - I had a good, restful night as the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The room is simple, but inexpensive. The host, Miles, came across as a very, very kind man, and I will not forget him. Bathroom is shared and could be a bit better.

• Yan (6/5): Pleasant - The property is okay for a short term stay if you could tolerate the following: a. You need to share the bathroom with others which is not stated in the profile. b. The window locker is broken c. The room is small and warm d. There id strange smell in the apartment e. Compared with the price, I would expect better conditions f. The host seems kind and nice and when you tried to communicate with him why in the profile the a and b were not stated and if we could check out earlier as we were two people and we needed to stay nine days here. He said: we could do whatever we want and we could leave as we wish. But we need to talk to Booking.com as he did not receive money from us but two weeks later from Booking.com.

It's clear how much he cares in that he does everything to make sure his guests have the best experience possible. Brockley is a lovely area of London. If you stay here, make sure you get out and about locally to explore. Nothing
