• Esther (10/5): - Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit herrlichem Garten (Loungebereich, Grill, Liegen, Bank) mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir sind von dort mit eigenem Auto, mit Bus und zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Direkt am Haus fangen mehrere Wanderwege an. Franco war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns mit einigen Leckereien (Nudeln, Tomatensauce, Wein, etc.) und vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt verschönert hat. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
• Anastasia (10/5): - Our stay in Vernazza was unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the Mediterranean with breathtaking views, especially during sunset, it felt like a postcard every evening. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, full of charm and the perfect place to unwind. Franco was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly special place we’d happily return to.

• Tom (10/5): - Super Lage mit tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Der Garten ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir hoffen wieder einmal dorthin zu kommen.
• Joe (10/5): Une terre du sud généreuse et pleine de couleurs, propice à l'émerveillement. - Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la localisation, entre mer et montagne, une vue époustouflante, un calme absolu, aucun souci de parking. Ce lieu a été restauré avec soin. Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli avec délicatesse, ma compagne était très touchée par un petit bouquet déposé à notre arrivée pour son anniversaire. Franco est de bon conseil et toujours très disponible, merci à lui et sa compagne pour les petits détails dans la décoration. Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longuement, l' endroit est paradisiaque. Tout était au delà de nos attentes !

From the moment we arrived, Franco went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, he even picked us up from the station late in the evening and drove us to the property. The house itself is in a spectacular location, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. While transport to Vernazza was a bit limited since it was off-season, with a little planning it wasn’t a problem at all. In fact, it made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or setting. Thank you, Franco, for a memorable stay!

• Dr. Jörg (10/5): Eine wunderschöne, perfekt gelegene Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteter Ausstattung, tollem Garten und Terrasse sowi - Eine absolut wundervolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön sind der gepflegte Garten und die Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einladen und eine tolle Atmosphäre schaffen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die außergewöhnlich freundliche und herzliche Betreuung durch den Eigentümer – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Eine Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Entonces Franco vino a busca - Sitio super tranquilo , pero 3km de Vernazza y ultimo bus de Vernazza a la casa sale alas 17:15 horas. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und konnten die Mahlzeiten immer draußen im Garten mit Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer genießen. Franco hat uns mit Tipps für Unternehmungen immer hilfreich unterstützt - herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Ferienhaus liegt nahe Vernazza, von wo wir viele Ausflüge mit der Bahn unternommen und auch Teile der blauen Wanderwege gemacht haben. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, da der öffentliche Bus nur ab und zu fährt. -

It’s a less than 10 minute drive to Vernazza & Corniglia, which are nice towns but we stayed only a short time to go “home” to paradise. The interior is nicely built/decorated and has all the amenities you need. Buy groceries before you get there, it’s difficult to get them once you’re there Amazing host as well, all the reviews are legitimate about that! :) You need a car to really appreciate this place, if you had to walk to take a bus I think it would not be as enjoyable
• Monika (10/5): Spektakularny widok z zachodami słońca w Twoim ogrodzie - Spektakularny widok i czarujący ogród. Czysto i wygodnie. Franco i jego żona absolutnie cudowni i goscinni. Franco zawsze bardzo wesoły. Jest mistrzem w posługiwaniu się google translator. Idealnie na 2- 4 dni aby odkryć 5terra od ladu i od morza. Zakupy spożywcze i tankowanie benzyny koniecznie w la Spezia ( ok 15 km , 40 minut jazdy ) . W całym 5terra nie ma stacji benzynowych ani sklepów spożywczych- ale to zrozumiałe przy tej geografii.

Спілкування через WhatsApp. Чудовий сад. Все це у вашому розпорядженні. Екстер'єр та Інтер'єр будинку виконаний з художнім смаком. Хотілося б знову сюди повернутися.
• Steven (10/5): Lovely stay on the Cinque Terre - Lovely setting above Vernazza. Beautiful views from a terrace with 5 seating areas. Accommodation had everything we needed and Franco, the host was extremely helpful. We wish we had booked for longer We are active. Walked to the coast down lovely (but steep in places) paths and caught the bus back. Driving on the windy narrow roads and parking out of town could be a problem for some. People with mobility issues probably should avoid Incanto.
• Rudy (10/5): Franco en Incanto een 10! - Wat ons het meest beviel was de gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van Franco (we werden bijvoorbeeld geholpen met het uitladen van de auto en bij het aanmaken van de bbq)en de locatie, maar eigenlijk was alles echt top. Met behulp van translate en whatsapp konden we goed communiceren met elkaar. We hebben uitgebreid genoten van het huisje, de rust/stilte en het uitzicht. Niet voor niets geven we ons verblijf een 10 en raden we deze locatie zeker aan. Het enige kleine minpunt is dat je naar La Spezia moet voor een grote supermarkt. (+/- 40 minuten rijden met de auto)
• Lawanna (10/5): Sunset over Vernazza at a charming hillside escape. - Franco was hospitable & very kind. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The property is beautiful with amazing views. It was a relaxing and charming way to end our 3 week busting tour of Europe and soak in beautiful Italian culture & unwind. Our train was delayed by several hours and we were stranded at La Spezia train station. Franco drove all the way there to pick us up because we missed our connection train! He cares about his guests experiences and pays attention to details to ensure it’s a good one. He was very helpful in every way. I highly recommend eating on the lovely patio and watching the glorious sunset. Due to our train being severely delayed, our time there was shortened a bit and we would have loved to have had our maximum stay there. I recommend taking the earlier train if you can due to unexpected delays, even to arrive in Vernazza before your check in time. For non Italian speakers, I advise downloading a language translation app to communicate with Franco in Italian.
• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved it! Perfect little spot for a romantic getaway. The location is stunning, super peaceful and just what we needed. Franco, the owner, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back…it was honestly hard to leave!
• Randy (10/5): When in Cinque Terra do yourself a favor and stay at the Incanto - My oh my, you will never find a better view. The previous reviews did not lie, but until you see it for yourself you can never truly appreciate it. Spectacular!!! Everything about the Incanto was perfect, you have an amazing garden all to yourself filled with lemon trees, olive trees and numerous other varieties that make sitting outside with a glass of wine and just watching the sunset, it doesn’t get better than that. Franco, the owner is a delight who goes out of his way to make your stay as stress free and as comfortable as possible, including offering transportation to those of us who are not quite used to driving on one lane mountain roads. Grazie Franco!!! Everything was amazing

The pictures posted are exactly what you get. The accommodation was well equipped to make simple meals. Challenge to find location.
• Howell (10/5): Heaven on earth! - It’s almost impossible to describe the beauty of this property. It’s like fulfilling the fantasy of a lifetime…sitting on a patio in a villa surrounded by the most incredible landscaping, gorgeous plants, trees and flowers; many different birds flitting in and around; and gazing out at the most beautiful scenery of the sea, green hills dotted by houses. Three kilometres up the mountain, the most winding road you could imagine. The hosts, Franco and Paola, are the most gracious and generous and kind people - absolutely super hosts - who fitted out the kitchen with so many thoughtful supplies and snacks; Franco built the house and patio himself with much care and love. Olive trees, lemon trees, hydrangeas and so much more. We can’t wait to return and Incanto was the highlight of our Italian trip! Grazie mille, France e Paola! Nothing to dislike
• Henry (9/5): I wish we could have stayed longer. - The apartment was out of town, quiet, and comfortable. Our hosts were exceptional and helpful. They provided coffee and snacks, and helped with some transportation. The views were spectacular. There was a beautiful garden around the apartment where we sat and had coffee. It was a short walk to catch the bus to Vernazza. The schedule was a little confusing, but we managed.

The house has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The privacy was incredible, and we appreciated how tranquil the setting was, far removed from the crowded tourist spots of Cinque Terre. Franco was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby villages of Corniglia and Vernazza, with spectacular hiking trails and viewpoints along the way. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and impeccable hospitality, this is the perfect spot. Just one small tip—bringy mosquito repellent, as we encountered a few during the evenings. Otherwise, everything was flawless!

• Timothy (10/5): We had a fabulous time and I’m not sure how we find somewhere as perfect next time. - Incanto was just perfect, an oasis of calm with a view that we will remember for ever. Waking up and walking out on the patio to see the sun rise and the sea in the distance was the perfect start to the day. We walked most of the local trails and most of them are well within the capability of a reasonably fit adult; some of them start within a few hundred metres. Franco was great, and as mentioned in previous reviews, he spoke no English. However, this is fine and we managed to converse with the help of technology!! Nothing, we loved it.

• Rebecca (10/5): An oasis of beauty!! - The views were out of this world!! We loved driving around the narrow little mountain roads and driving to each of the villages. There was a parking space for our little Fiat at the property. You will go down some stairs and then through the beautiful gardens to your very private casita. At night, there were lights that would automatically turn on as you walked down the path to the casita. Franco was amazing. He was very responsive to texts. He didn't speak any English, but we communicated fine using Google translate. He was so kind and helpful!! He left a little basket of snacks which was nice for a quick little breakfast. The San Bernardino church was just down the street. The view from the church was gorgeous. We drove to the parking lot for Vernazza and then walked down. You could also take a shuttle from the parking, but that was 20 euro round trip. You can drive right into the town of Monterosso. Don't miss it! It was beautiful and is a great beach town. Our other favorite village was Manarola. So fun to explore. There was a small washing machine which was very nice in the casita. I had brought a rope to hang clothes on. Franco had clothes pins there, which I was grateful for. We stayed 2 nights, but would have loved to stay longer. It really is the cutest little place in the most amazing setting!! Nothing really. You can't drink the water, but Franco provided plenty of bottled water. You can shower and brush your teeth fine.

• Dmitriy (10/5): The best place during our trip to Italy. We would definitely stay there again! - The place is just fantastic! The view, the garden, everything was absolutely stunning! The hosts are friendly, helpful, very easy to communicate. We wish we’d stay there for much longer.
• Cwps (8/5): A Studio with a beautiful garden and view - Love the beautiful garden, isolated hence quiet with some view of the sea. Lovely couple but they don’t speak English making it a little harder. We were warn of mosquito so we have burn 2 incense but it wasn’t the mosquitoes it was the sandflies. I was bitten badly however not my husband. Also I was hoping to be able to hike down to one of the villages.. it is not that easy and you will have to walk on the road for a while. So it is best to drive. Bus is not frequent.
• Eva-marie (9/5): Impeccable little gem with owners that want to make you feel at home - it is a small apartment good for a couple. The owners show in everything that they want to make their guests feel at home. All is impeccably clean! A very good matras and cushions! A wonderful view of the sea over the hills from a nice and impeccable little garden. A wonderful place. We felt very welcome. The is a nice and peaceful place we can truly recommend. Not a thing! All was good. Interesting locations are close by.
• Juliette (10/5): Great location, beautiful garden - The location is stunning and the apartment neat. There is a little kitchen with everything you need and a good bed. We enjoyed long evenings in the beautiful garden and would 100% advice you to stay here.
• Eddie (10/5): Wonderful location with great view, friendly hosts. - Friendly couple run/own it - though don’t speak English they are adept at Google Translate. Wonderful view and location great as away from the busy villages. Very comfortable and relaxing. All good. Just note that no washing machine as listed. Also parking is in small space off road adjacent to property, a large SUV could be an issue.
• András (10/5): Paradise on earth - This place was a paradise on earth. The hosts Paola and Franco were so sweet and lovely, we will remember their kind hospitality. The house was tidy and we had everything we needed there. The garden was the best part, it has an amazing view to the sea and mountains and has a really good vibe. We canceled our plan just to stay for a day in the garden to read and chill. This place has a soul and a heart we definitely recommend it. Everything was perfect!
