• Raymond (10/5): Great value for money AND great staff. - Checked in at five am. We had let them known in advance so they were waiting for us. Amazing. Smooth check in experience, great attitude from staff. Mattresses were springy, but hey, we loved everything else and for what it costs, no problem at all.
• Raymond (8/5): Great value for money, no big issue. This was our second stay and will probably come back. - Location was great, value for money was great, and attention by reception staff was outstanding. Everything was clean. For what it costs, any possible complaint dies quickly.

Текущий на пол туалет и пыль и волосы по углам ещё можно потерпеть, но было стойкое ощущение что постельное белье после предыдущих жильцов не меняли! Так же почти весь свет в номере не работал.
• Maryann (10/5): - Расположение и персонал супер . Работают круглосуточно. Очень выручили меня , когда надо было срочно заселиться Немного несёт сигаретами , если ночевать в номере у входной двери . Не новая сантехника , но хозяева уже работают надо этим .
• Yusif (7/5): - Location was perfect. There was a bus stop nearby. Good place for 1–2 days, but there was a smell from the toilet. Due to the small room, even with the bathroom door closed, the smell from the drains was noticeable.

• Mikail (4/5): Manque d’isolation, bruit sans arrêt côté rue qui empêche de dormir, et les chambres voisines ont entends absolument tou - Le personnel est très aimable J’ai eu une chambre, qui est côté rue, alors déjà je ferme la fenêtre mais malgré ça tout le bruit continue d’être là, Impossible de dormir je me suis réveillé plusieurs fois, dû aux voitures qui passent, les gens qui parlent fort dehors, pas d’isolation ont entends absolument tout entre les gens qui font la fête dehors, les voitures, et les voisins qui allument leurs télé toute la nuit, impossible de dormir.

• Tr14 (7/5): I will make a booking again - I did not have breakfast because there was none, but that was not a problem; there were plenty of points to buy something near the hotel. The free parking place is a good option if you go there with your own car. The Television connection does not work, but this was not important.

• IRYNA (10/5): Отзыв - Все было идеально! Очень приветливый и позитивный персонал. Помогли с более ранним размещением. После отъезда вызвали такси в аэропорт. Очень рекомендую этот отель. Отель находится близко около метро. Абсолютно безопасное место размещения отеля в красивом месте. Много кафе и могазинов рядом

• Anna (2/5): - Когда стоишь в душе, постоянно заканчивается вода. Низкий потолок в комнате, нет нормальных окон (окна где-то в полу, короче ощущается так, будто их нет). Освещение плохое, темно в комнате. Отель на продаже стоит, вложений и ремонта нет. Администратор сказала что отель 3 звезды, но там и одной не поставить.

• Dirk (10/5): - Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lola und Nina die Perlen des Hauses sind jederzeit für einen da, egal welche Uhrzeit. Ob Nachts ein Taxi benötigt wird oder sonstiges. Ich war letztes Jahr schonmal da. Der Service und die ganze Atmosphäre hat mir so gut gefallen, sodaß ich wieder dieses Hotel gebucht habe. Dankeschön an Lola und Nina. Wir werden uns beim nächsten Tiflis Urlaub wiedersehen.
• Alaaeldin (1/5): فندق سيء جدا - موقعة فقط كانت رائحة الغرفة كريهة جدا وطلبنا تغيير الغرفة او الغاء الحجز ورفضوا الغاء الحجز وطلبو مني دفع مبلغ اضافي لتغيير الغرفة لان الغرفة الخاصة بنا غرفة عائلية والغرف المتوفرة غرف صغيرة تكفي لشخصين لذلك كانو سوف يتم اعطائي غرفتين بدل غرفة واحدة وادفع فرق 60 لاري وغرفتنا من المفترض انها تكفي خمس اشخاص وهي في الحقيقة تكفي 4 اشخاص فقط وكان تعاملهم سيء جدا لا انصح احد بالذهاب الى هذا المكان ولا انصح بوكنج بالتعامل مع فندق لا يستحق ربع نجمة ولا يحترم عملاءة

Stay away. - A Truly Unacceptable Stay: Multiple Issues and Disrespectful Service: My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing, marked by a series of severe issues and incredibly unprofessional behavior from the staff. The most disturbing incidents occurred in the middle of the night, when I was woken up three times by staff members yelling at me in a language I didn't understand. This was not only incredibly disruptive but also felt highly disrespectful and left me feeling harassed. Compounding this, the staff later took it upon themselves to wash my clothes without my permission. They then machine-dried them, causing significant shrinkage, and proceeded to charge me for this unauthorized and damaging service. This level of intrusion and disregard for guest property is unacceptable. The room itself presented numerous problems. There was a consistent and frustrating lack of hot water, and the water supply repeatedly shut off entirely, including for the first five days of my stay. The sink was also problematic, either leaking constantly or providing water that was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Comfort was nonexistent. The bed was exceptionally small and uncomfortable, leading to significant shoulder and back pain during my stay. Additionally, the closet in the room was broken, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, this was a terrible hotel experience. The combination of intrusive and disrespectful staff behavior with fundamental failures in room amenities made for an entirely unsatisfactory stay.

• Jack (8/5): Clean and fine. - I was given the first room on the ground floor. The room was completely clean, with a comfortable bed and nice staff. The Wi-Fi was also fine. My room was close to the terrace so I could hear other people talking but it wasn't a problem.
