• Anne (9/5): It was very comfortable and hospitable - Location was within good walking distance to the water attractions and the city. Clean and comfortable. Our host met us and allowed us to leave our luggage which was appreciated. Stress free check in . All was easy but perhaps some suggestions for supermarket and restaurants would be handy.

• François-Xavier (9/5): Bel appartement, mais attention au bruit - L'appartement était grand, bien équipé (sauf les couverts) et correspondait bien aux photos. Le logement est situé proche du port et à l'écart du centre historique. Tout le nécessaire était disponible (équipements et produits). Le propriétaire a facilité l’accès plus tôt au logement ce qui était très appréciable. L'appartement donne sur une avenue très empruntée jour et nuit. Deux chambres (sur trois) donnent directement sur celle-ci. Si vous n'avez de bouchons pour les oreilles, la nuit risque d'être désagréable. Il y avait un manque de couvert (3 petites cuillères pour 8 personnes) et les autres nécessiteraient un changement.
• Blandine (10/5): - Bravo pour l'accueil, la gentillesse, la propreté. Les équipements étaient parfaits. La vue sur la mer, pas de bruit malgré la route et le port. Les attentions pour le petit déj et l'eau. C'était parfait et l'appartement est magnifiquement décoré.
• Flavie (8/5): Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec ascenseur - La fonctionnalité, la propreté et l'amabilité du propriétaire. Le bruit de la route et le fait qu'il faille laisser la clé branché pour avoir de l'électricité. On ne peut donc pas faire tourner une machine quand on part la journée. La voisine nous a grondé parce qu'on n'avait pas fermé la porte de l'ascenseur. C'est à préciser pour les prochains.

• Veselin (10/5): Best value for money for your stay in Palermo. - The host was extremely polite and the apartment is huge and very comfortable. The location is perfect- 10 minutes away by foot from the center of Palermo. Impossible to park on the street there - but there is a paid underground parking right next to the apartment.
• Kara (8/5): Staff was very helpful and kind and responsive to our needs. - It was nice for us as we were all family. They gave of each group a little privacy. Although there are three bedrooms the largest room, my husband and I did need to share with our children. There are two bathrooms located in a common hallway. Although it was very clean and they did provide coffee in the morning and recommendations for dinner, I would not recommend trying to cook at this property as there was not sufficient cooking tools. If you’re not looking to cook, it was perfect!

• Jens (9/5): gerne wieder - Der Gastgeber ist wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und hilft, wo er nur kann. Check-in und Check-out waren auch zu sehr ungewöhnlichen Zeiten problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als die Gastherme zwischendurch kurz streikte, war der Gastgeber schnell da und leistete Abhilfe. Die Wohnung ist an der Hauptzufahrt zum Hafen gelegen. Entsprechend viel lauter Durchgangsverkehr und Straßenlärm. Die Fenster halten aber das meiste ab. Kleinere Ausstattungsgegenstände (ordentliche Messer, Weingläser) wären wünschenswert gewesen.

• michel (7/5): - L'établissement était confortable et joliment décoré. Bien placé pour visiter Palerme. C'est un bel appartement confortable. Tout près du centre de la vieille ville. J'ai réservé cet appartement car il y avait lorsque j'ai réservé, un parking gratuit. Il s'est avéré que le parking était payant, et très onéreux. En fait, c'est un parking privé qui ne fait pas partie de la location. Quant au parking possible dans la rue, ça c'est avéré une vraie galère. Un passage par la case fourrière m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps de mes vacances Le stationnement à Palerme est un gros problème et loger dans cet appartement sans parking est inenvisageable pour des vacances sereines. Autre point important, appartement très bruyant de jour et de nuit.

• pepelu66 (10/5): - Cerca del centro,el anfitrión nos esperó en la puerta de la finca y nos acompaño a aparcar el coche,luego nos dijo que ver en la ciudad, el apartamento era muy muy espacioso, limpio y totalmente reformado, nos dejaron cosas para desayunar, la cocina estaba completa aunque no la utilizamos .El día de la marcha nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta marcharnos de la ciudad.Gracias Santi y Mónica por todo. • Richard (8/5): Prachtig appartement voor een kortdurende citytrip. Goeie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding - Mooi groot appartement! En gezien de prijs echt een koopje! Je kunt hier makkelijk met 6 personen verblijven in (3 ruime 2 persoonskamers) en 2 badkamers. Voorzien van alle gemakken; airco in alle ruimten, goed uitgeruste keuken. Het contact met onze gastheer/gastvrouw verliep (via whatsapp) vlotjes ondanks het feit dat dit volledig in het italiaans verliep. Google translate doet wonderen! Als extra service kan er ook een transfer (van en naar het vliegveld) verzorgd worden; ca. €60 enkele reis. De locatie van het appartement is niet in het mooiste/sfeervolste gedeelte van de stad.

• GERDA (10/5): Wonderful . - It was a large and very well equiped apartment . Monica was so kind to let us drop our bags off early . We got lovely snacks to eat and enough washing liquid that you did not have to go and buy . She made us feel so welcome . Thank you Monica .

A lovely breakfast basket was waiting for us and a cold bottle of water compliments of the Owners. We had one member in our group who was unwell and needed bed rest. She wanted to watch TV while resting… Despite having 4 TV’s we couldn’t get any to work, even after we asked for assistance. Eventually one of the owners advised us to rectify was out of their control.

• Michael (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - This was the nicest apartment that we stayed in Italy. Very modern with power shades on all the windows. The balcony overlooking the harbor was great place for morning coffee or a cocktail after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was very nice and modern and very clean. The staff was always just a text away he was always helpful and very accommodating. When we left he picked us up at 0300 to catch an early flight. His son picked us up at the airport he was really nice and full of information about the area and the local food. We are big cocker fans so he drove by the football stadium. There was some traffic noise.

Crackers, jam, coffee, etc at your disposal. Walking distance to the center, both in the vicinity of Teatro Massimo as well as the shopping area and restaurants. Busy street, reason why we didn’t use the spacious balcony, however not a big issue. Apartment is big enough to put some plants and make it more lively.
