• Magdalena (8/5): Pobyt udany. - Dobra lokalizacja, 15 min piechotą od dworca i tyle samo od starówki. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Problem z ciśnieniem wody i uruchamianiem pompy.
• Monika (3/5): - Lokalizacja, blisko centrum Zimna woda w kranie, słabe ciśnienie wody, słabo dzialająca płyta grzewcza - nie dało się zagotowac nic w garnku, słaby odpływ w zlewie w łazience, odpadające wszystkie klamki (zarówno wewnątrz mieszkania jak i do drzwi wejsciowych). Codziennie problemy z prądem i konieczność samodzielnej naprawy przy zdalnym instruktażu właściciela, niewlaczony bojler. Mimo, ze doba zaczynała się od 14:00, a my byłyśmy w mieszkaniu ok. 20:00 , otwierając drzwi trafiłyśmy na panią sprzątająca.... Bez naszej zgody wlasciciel byl w mieszkaniu pod nasza nieobecność.

• Klaudia (9/5): Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości - polecamy! :) - Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, całe mieszkanie do dyspozycji, duży taras z leżakami, możliwość przygotowania posiłku w kuchni, czysto, niezła lokalizacja :) Nieco hałaśliwa klimatyzacja, wypadająca klamka w drzwiach do łazienki. Szkoda również, że na tarasie nie było żadnego częściowego zadaszenia, które dawałoby rano troszkę cienia - nie mniej jednak nie są to wady, które zniechęciłyby nas do odwiedzenia tego obiektu ponownie.

• Paulina (7/5): Za wysoka cena jak na taką czystość mieszkania. - Duży taras na plus Nie do końca było czysto, mały prysznic. Odpadające klamki, spłuczka która też ledwo sie trzymała

• Gió (6/5): - Comodo il check-in in autonomia. Gli unici punti forti della struttura sono la cucina e la terrazza. L'arredamento è poco curato soprattutto nella camera da letto, dove manca anche l'aria condizionata o in alternativa un ventilatore. Copriletto sporco e con evidenti macchie gialle, presenti anche in qualche asciugamano. Il bagno lascia molto a desiderare, c'era la maniglia rotta, il pulsante di scarico difettoso, nella doccia vi era della muffa e a tratti puzza di fogna proveniente dallo scarico, inoltre mancano i portasciugamani. Peccato perché se sistemato per bene l'appartamento può avere ottime potenzialità
• Мирела (7/5): - The room has a large terrace and location is good. Anjelo was very nice and supportive. New kitchen, air conditioner - excellent. This beautiful terrace can be turned into heaven. Towels had stains, and even after requesting a change it was not possible. The blanket was dirty with yellow stains. The shower was very small. To get hot water, you need to manually start a pump, but this requires watching a video clip to understand how. Recycling boxes were already full. The bathroom handle was broken Shampoo and cleaning body gel left from previous guests
• Alvaro (7/5): Calidad-precio muy bueno - Es un apartamento amplio y una terraza muy grande, la ubicación dentro de lo que cabe está bien. Tiene muchos detalles a mejorar, sobre todo en tema de instalaciones. Pero solo pido que accesorios de cama, como por ejemplo sábanas o almohadas se cambien por completo, no puede ser que en todas las prendas hayan manchas amarillas de desgaste ( por decir algo).

• Yevheniia (6/5): I would NOT recommend this place - I liked privacy. The moment you enter the appartment you feel comfortable, there is nobody to disturb you. Important for me, I liked big kitchen very much. there is big table and chairs, we had our breakfasts there dining out mostly in the middle of day. The location is good, middle distance between Central Station which we used 4 days out of 5 days of our stay in Bari and the historic city of Bari, There is a small supermarket just opposite our B&B with wide range of food products at very low prices. The host did his best to be helpful. On the whole our stay was not bad in comparison with our next B&B in Salerno where we had to share kitchen with the other 2 rooms... The main disappointment was the terrace. We agreed that we had to walk up without an elevator to the third floor, looking forward to an evening on the private terrace with a bottle of wine and fruit. In reality, it is a large terrace with several sun loungers, a table and chairs, overlooked by the houses located just opposite at a very close distance. No feeling of cosy privacy at all. A very uncomfortable place. If I were the owner, I would put flowerpots with tall plants along the fence separating the terrace from the street and everything would change for the better. We never went out onto the terrace and preferred to sit in the kitchen in the evenings, which suited us quite well, but disappointment remained... Sink drain, toilet flush, electric stove were not in good condition, we were afraid to use them so as not to completely break them. It was unnerving, but there was an electric kettle in the kitchen and that was enough for us, we weren’t really going to cook.
• Bartosz (7/5): Smooth communication, walkable distance to sights and main station, nice terrace. Some refurb needed to avoid the impres - - terrace - very comfortable self-check-in and self-check-out - air conditioning - old, not cooling sufficiently (there was still 25/26 degrees inside), power to low for the flat size (bedroom only slightly cooled, bathroom almost not cooled at all) - shower - inconvenient entrance, not properly cleaned beforehand, weird and a bit dirty small window - bathroom and kitchen sinks with warm water only
• Lonne (6/5): Good apartment but it needs some maintenance - The location is close to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is quite big. But in the afternoon there was a lack of shadow. The bed was good and the WiFi worked well. A lot of things need some maintenance. There is mold in the bathroom and the flush button of the toilet is broken. As well as the door handle of the bathroom. The sink in the kitchen is loose. We didnt get the idea the host wanted to help us with these things.

It is in around 1.5 km walking distance from station and other shops - It has nice terrace on the roof which is very spacy and equipped with all needed. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for the stay. The TV had a Netflix too and wifi work excellent.

• Ervin (1/5): Bad bad bad - Nothing. Location was bad, no public transport, no elevator and so on but it was you could live with it if the rest were to be ok but... House wasn't clean. Couch had stains, shower dirty, bed was broken, air conditioning absent remote in the kitchen, no a.c unit in the bedroom.

• David (7/5): average! - The sun terrace was great, very spacious and a great shower, a nice coffee machine. I only had a bath towel, there were no hand towels, the breakfast was poor although the owner left a full carton of milk so I brought Corn Flakes for breakfast.
• Victoria (10/5): Amazing place, and very close to city center. - The terrasse is amazing and the apartment is very spatious. It is licated at the 3rd floor but there is no elevator. For me there was no issue about it.
• Richard (5/5): Can Do Much Better - host was accommodating to let us store our luggage for a few extra hours. breakfast of only crackers and coffee machine that didn’t work doesn’t qualify as “breakfast”. Host overly reliant on WhatsApp for communication. if you don’t want that Meta app, very difficult communicating.
• Lucie (5/5): Passable - Very well located, walking distance to old town train station. The flat is nicely furnished, the breakfast OK, and the balcony is great, ideal for having pleasant meals when the weather allows it. The staff/owner was not very polite to us. Maybe it was just language barrier issues, but they pushed us to send the payment as soon as possible (we chose the paying at arrival option plus cancellation was not allowed, so there is no way we were not gonna do it) and even rudely asked why didnt we pay via booking when we booked the accommodation. Also, they tried 3 times to talk us into giving them 50 euros extra for hiring a taxi service (standard fee from airport to train station is 23 euros and if you don´t arrive late in the night, there are cheaper fast options), even thought we politely refused their offer from the beginning. Honestly, had it been possible to cancel our staying in this acommodition, we would have done it just for the treatment received. As a minor issue, the flat was well equipped, but a few more kitchen tools would be welcome (it is kinda hard to cut bread with butter knives).
