• Christiane (9/5): Great place in Hikkaduwa - I had a wonderful stay at the Serenmo Boutique Hotel Villa in Hikkaduwa. The atmosphere of the place is very relaxed and peaceful, which made my time there truly enjoyable. The team was always friendly and helpful, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The location is great, and overall the hotel offers very good value for money. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely stay – I really enjoyed my time here and wish you all the best!
• Hannah (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool in Strandnähe - Schöne Anlage in super Lage, der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Pool war super sauber und toll! Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr nett. Es war recht teuer. Man hört den Zug sehr laut vorbeifahren und unsere Tür war so verzogen, dass man sie zum Schluss nicht mal mehr richtig absperren konnte.

• Kathryn (10/5): Beautiful stay! - We loved it! Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Location was great - much quieter than the beachfront whilst still being so close. Felt immersed in wildlife and sounds of the birds in the morning was very peaceful. The pool was very large & well kept Breakfast also really good. The room was immaculate and very spacious! Not much to say here!

Shashi the host is super friendly and helped us anytime we needed something. Location is great, only a few steps to the beach and the next coffee shop. We can definitely recommend!

• Nury (10/5): One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - Long before the trip, they helped us with our transfer and answered all our questions. Upon arrival, they checked room availability and offered a free room upgrade. Our rooms were on the ground floor. Breakfast. Breakfast was prepared from the menu we selected the previous day. The breakfasts were exquisite, definitely on par with restaurants. It's worth noting that the hotel can prepare anything upon request. We ordered fresh seafood every morning 😊. In addition to breakfast, you can order lunch and dinner for an additional fee. The prices are the same as in the city, but it's very convenient that it's close to your room, and the food is delicious. We ordered fresh fish and shrimp almost every day. Everything was top-notch. On the day of the excursion, they even gave us breakfast to take with us. Hotel grounds. This is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. The courtyard is clean and luxurious, home to local turtles and colorful birds. We felt right at home and at the same time at one with nature. Rooms The rooms are huge and clean. Before arriving in Sri Lanka, I was worried about unsanitary conditions after reading reviews, but the rooms were absolutely spotless and had all the amenities. Accessibility. The beach is literally a three-minute walk away. You can run to the beach in a minute. We walked around both day and night and felt completely safe. We were so comfortable that we spent several days at the hotel and didn't go anywhere. On our first day, we were offered local excursions to Galle with Chamara. We didn't regret it at all. The best thing is that the tour was led by a person who knows everything about Sri Lanka. We enjoyed the excursion so much that the next day we asked him to show us more beautiful places. Chamara took us to a beautiful temple and turtle beach (where there were actually turtles, not just during happy hour 😁). Everything is perfect

Przestronny pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i piękną dużą lazienką 3, Wspaniały ogród z przepięknym dużym basenem ( w basenie spory brodzik dla młodszych ) 4. Restauracja hotelowa stanowi ogromny plus - pyszny lunch a la carte, codziennie na kolację panowie przywozili nam świeżą rybę lub skorupiaki

• Kateryna (7/5): - The Serenmo Hotel left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, everything fully matches the photos: a very spacious room, incredible nature, plants, birds — you really feel like you’re in an oasis of beautiful greenery. They also offer airport transfer for an additional fee (cash only). On the other hand, there are a few things I believe the hotel should pay attention to. Regarding card payments, you need to understand that booking.com does NOT charge you here. You enter your card details on the website, but then you pay separately at the property (preferably cash). If you pay by card, there is a 3% fee for the bank transaction, so keep that in mind. Even though I argued about this and they didn’t add the 3% fee for me, I still ended up paying more than the price shown on the website, because the currency rate on Booking and at the property can differ. If you check in here, you will be in constant communication with the hotel manager or staff. On one hand, they are always happy to help and very kind, but on the other, you will need to ask for EVERYTHING. If you want privacy, to arrive and not have constant communication with staff, and for basic hotel processes to happen automatically — this is not the case here. You have to request everything. An adapter (is it really so hard to put it in the room in advance?), pool towels, ordering breakfast separately every day… Even to leave the property you need to wait until someone opens the door for you. And when you arrive, you need to call and wait until they open it. They do open it, of course, but I would prefer privacy and to avoid conversations about where I’m going and when I’ll return. (I was even asked that once.) A separate topic is room cleaning. I found out only on the last day that it’s supposed to be done daily. I stayed for 5 days and my room wasn’t cleaned even once. Was I supposed to request this as well? They ask how you’re doing every time in the WhatsApp chat, but not a single cleaning was done. It’s Asia and very humid, towels almost don’t dry. Naturally, the room gets sandy if you go to the beach. My towels weren’t replaced, the room wasn’t cleaned, water wasn’t restocked, nor toilet paper or tissues. I’m not used to having to ask for these things in hotels.

Максимально погружает для слияния с природой 😍 а сотрудник отеля Shashi добавил ещё большей атмосферы,готовил нас лучшие завтраки ,обеды и ужины !!!! Всегда улыбался и делал так что бы нам было ещё лучше ! 100% рекомендую отель ! Находится не далеко от пляжа буквально пешком минут 7, а до пляжа с черепахами минут 20 ! • Dawnj (10/5): Serenmo 4 night stay. - This resort exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely stunning. Newly opened. Perfect location 5 mins to beach across the train track. Shops nearby and beach restaurants not too far away. It took me 15 mins to walk to Amaroo- highly recommend for lunch or dinner with amazing cocktails. I did Chinthas cooking lesson-Amazing, search google! Great Ayurvedic centre on corner near railway crossing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The owners too, I met them on a couple of occasions. The breakfast was lovely, can accommodate if you have any preferences. The room is huge, so spacious and a gorgeous outside bathroom. The pool is just stunning, it's peaceful and relaxing and lovely to see the tortoises, birds and various other animals! Do not hesitate to book here, I just wish I stayed longer! Thank you again for the late check out. .Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.
