• Manuel (7/5): Hotel con posibilidades en Varna si se reforma con gusto - Tiene aparcamiento en el propio establecimiento y al no haber muchos huéspedes cuando nos alojamos el hotel estaba tranquilo y la piscina disponible en exclusiva para nosotros La habitación que nos asignaron necesita una reforma. La terraza tiene el alero destrozado, las sillas están viejas y alguna rota, y el baño tiene un burlete para conducir el agua de la ducha que estaba roto y empapaba el baño al ducharse (pese a que en las fotos de las habitaciones sale cabina de ducha en el baño). No tiene ascensor, lo cual es un problema si tienes una maleta pesada o viajases con alguna persona con problemas de movilidad. Aún así el personal fue muy amable

• Micaela (10/5): Excellent ! - L’hôtel possède une belle piscine. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bon. Le centre ville est proche en voiture, ainsi que les plages. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Une plage (Hidden Beach) se trouve à proximité, à quelques minutes à pied. L’hôtel possède un parking gratuit, très utile pour une ville aussi fréquentée que Varna. Pas de restauration dans l’hôtel et pas grand chose proche de l’hôtel à pied. Le parking est un peu étroit pour les gros véhicules, il faut être à l’aise avec les manœuvres.

• Salomé (5/5): Passable mais loin d’être exceptionnel - Nous avons apprécié l’espace piscine avec son bar qui est vraiment agréable et propose un large choix de boissons et de snacks à la carte. Le personnel a été disponible et accueillant. La literie était confortable. Bon emplacement de l’hôtel entre le centre ville et golden sand, un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Piscine fermée le lundi en pleine saison (pourquoi?), restaurant fermé alors qu’il apparaissait encore sur l’annonce pour dîner et petit déjeuner, et chambre peu entretenue (lit refait une seule fois en 1 semaine). Salle de bain inondée à chaque douche avec une forte odeur de canalisation, climatisation non active dans la chambre principale et nous avons eu la surprise de retrouver des moucherons dans le mini-frigo. Le balcon de notre chambre était très très petit, impossible d’être à 2 dessus. Les prestations annoncées ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
• virgnie (8/5): On s" est senti bien dans cet hotel - 1)Les chambres relativement spacieuses et séparées, idéal pour la famille de 4 que nous etions avec balcon attenant aux chambres 2)la piscine et solarium tres agréable avec un.petit bar pour prendre une boisson, petit snack 3) les personnes à l "accueil bar et à l' hotel sont très sympathiques et accueillantes.. Bon rapport qualité prix. De manière globale, on s" est senti bien dans cet hôtel Hotel un peu vétuste, mériterait d apporter plus de soins de rangement , de petits travaux de finition surtout vers le coin.piscine. Il faut un véhicule pour aller au centre et en bord de mer..

• Soenke (8/5): Völlig ok, etwas außerhalb. Preis/Leistung aber sehr gut für die Region. - Preiswerte Unterkunft etwas außerhalb. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, wollten wir etwas, wo wir auch parken konnten. Das hat geklappt. Dann sind wir mit Leih-Fahrrädern nach Varna gefahren (ca 15 Minuten). Pool nur von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet. Etwas einfache Ausstattung und leider kein Frühstück. Gegen Aufpreis (7 Euro pro Person) in einem anderen Hotel möglich, aber ca 10 Minuten entfernt.

It's a bit further from the beach, dolphinarium and restaurants (the "tourist centre" appears to be around dolphinarium). The whole bathroom gets flooded pretty much every time someone takes a shower.

• Anton (6/5): In general it suit my purpose, but I cannot imagine stay for a while. - Good room size, semi convinient location. Very pleasant to communicate host. Also helpful host to small needs or questions. Very dusty walk path to the hotel. Pretty angled stairs to main entrance. A lot of water stays on the floor after shower. Swimming pool did not work. Poor wifi connection and speed.

• Deimantė (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine. We booked 2 rooms and we get one upgraded room with a sitting room. Rooms was clean and big. We offered a breakfast for extra pay and it was very delicous. We highly reccomend that hotel. A little bit far away from city centre. You need to use a car or bus.

• Megan (7/5): Good - Staff was very kind and accomodating The room had a very bad odor and was very very hot when we arrived. The bed linens were clean however the surfaces were not clean. No toilet paper in the bathroom (the was accommodated once we asked for it). The location is outside of varna proper- easily reachable by bus or taxi but probably not walkable as it is 3-4 km to the central parts of varna.

The TV power cord wasn't attached properly on the TV and you have to "play" for a couple of minutes with it in order for it to be properly attached. However even then the signal was so poor that the TV wasn't actually showing anything

Location is shocking, the breakfast is disgusting and was always covered in flies, the kettle in the room was filthy and had brown water in it (never been cleaned), the view is poor (staring at buildings with a very small view of the sea), trying to use the plug socket and my partner got an electric shock. The bathroom is just a shower so everything is wet 24/7, the restaurant/bar was never open. The pool is bright green. I’m so disappointed with this stay. The one day the cleaner came in the room they took my clothes from the clothes dryer and put them on the floor outside. I don’t know what kind of hotel this is but it will never have my custom again. It’s worth paying extra for a liveable room somewhere else.

• Oleg (10/5): Highly recommended - This cozy hotel is owned by Ukrainian couple from Odessa and they made my stay feel like home. Excellent breakfast included, nice and clean room, lovely swimming pool and very warm people.
• Tribalystas (9/5): Great deal - We recive a beautiful room, at the top with the sea view at a good price. The personal was very kind and polite. In addition to the lovely room, we also received free breakfast as a gift from the hotel. As a suggestion, a foot towel to leave the bathroom would have been welcome The shower cabin was missing a door but it wasn't a problem for us, the view made up for it.

A sign would be helpful. Valuables can be left securely at reception but I prefer an in-room safe

• Y (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a quiet area - It's a family-run hotel and the management make you feel as if you were part of the family. Very friendly and caring people. The hotel has a medium-size pool with running water in perfect condition. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, the hotel has wonderful cooks. Wi-Fi worked faultlessly. We had two large rooms with a balcony. Good air conditioning. The shower could do with a wall shelf

• Esmeralda (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was very nice and polite. The breakfast was okay. The pool was empty, even though it was written that it will be open during our stay. The pool was one of the reasons why we chose the place. We barely slept during the night as both the rooms next to us had loud music and were talking very loud in the balcony till early in the morning.

• Hbk (1/5): not stayed there - Not stayed because there was no water at the hotel. They told us that the water in their area was cutted and that the water will be avalaible in the night. Couldn't trust them and found a hotel very near to them with everything included water. Because of that not a trustful hotel in my opinion!
