• Adriana (10/5): Impeccabile! - Felipe è stato accogliente, disponibile e comprensivo: a seguito della cancellazione del mio volo per Barcellona si è detto subito pronto ad accogliermi in tarda serata. Ci ha inoltre consentito di lasciare i bagagli in struttura oltre l’orario di check-out. Il costo dell’appartamento, solo apparentemente un po’ alto, è assolutamente comprensibile se si valuta la comodità della casa e la posizione: perfetta per prendere la metro (letteralmente sotto l’appartamento) e diversi bus, tra cui quello per l’aeroporto. Assolutamente consigliata!

• Rachel (9/5): Would go again and stay in the same place! - Close to everything and the host was brilliant at advising the best places to eat. Taxis were really easy to use (and reasonably priced) and so much to see and do! It was all great but another lamp in the sitting room to avoid using the overhead light (pretty but bright) would have been great and perhaps a slightly more comfortable armchair for the fourth person to sit on.

• Adriana (9/5): - Locatia este destul de buna. Personalul amabil. Daca vrei sa petreci putin timp este o alegere buna. Apartamentul nu este foarte spatios. Unul din dormitoare, cel cu 2 paturi de o persoana este foarte mic. Iar dormitorul mare nu este inchis in totalitate si nu prea ai intimitate.

Felipe was an amazing host — he explained absolutely everything, answered all our questions, and even recommended great restaurants, beaches, and how to best use public transport. The apartment had everything we needed and even more — including small but thoughtful things like a sewing kit and a first-aid box The location is fantastic: just a few seconds to the bus stop and metro station. You can also easily walk to the port and the city center. There are plenty of grocery stores and cafés nearby. We had a wonderful vacation — thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

• Megan (10/5): A gem! - Beautiful, well-appointed place with thoughtful touches. Central location on an avenue with plenty of shops, services, steps away from subway, can easily walk to the arenas, and not too far to walk to Gothic quarter and several other places. The twin bedroom was a bit small and stuffy for two teenagers/ young adults (short beds and the a/c doesn't reach that far) but the beds themselves were very comfortable.

• Barbara (10/5): A pleasant stay in an apartment that feels like home. - We had a great experience with Felipe! The communication was excellent, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. Felipe showed us around the apartment, explaining where everything was. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a few days' stay. Additionally, the garage parking is available for €15 per night, which was very convenient. One thing to be aware of is that the room with the French bed is open to the space above, so it is not actually a separate room.

• Sabrina (8/5): Very good - The owner was very sweet and would reply instantly if we had any issues. The apartment was clean. There are about 5 steps to the lift. We had children in a pram and we had to take them out and take them up the stairs then into the lift. Also, the lift only fits two people at a time. The view outside the window was a block of apartments.
• Norma (6/5): Nice and tidy in a great location - Host met us and gave us a tour of the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, coffee machine and microwave and a washer and dryer. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean. Airconditioning was great as we arrived when it was pretty cold. location is great and a walking distance from everything Beds were comfortable but could have done with additional sheets and quilts as it was cold at night. The bathroom is looking pretty tired. While the apartment is a two bedroom, the main bedroom is open and sectioned off with a glass wall which is fine for families. An older building that has a lift however it unfortunately stopped working which didn't help when having to carry heavy bags down the stairs
• Kelly (10/5): Charming apartment close to metro in Barcelona - Great location near Ravasco metro. Felipe met us at the property with the keys. Wonderful recommendations from our host with regards to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, bars. All recommendations were spot on. Delicious paella, organic grocery and bakery nearby. WiFi was out between 6pm and 12am. I had no more data and couldn't get on to my provider app to add minutes so we were completely disconnected for the evening because I couldn't even reach out to the host. Not necessarily bad, but when in a foreign country, I would have preferred to have internet. No other issues with internet after the first evening.
• Leiliang (8/5): Very good - The 2-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the center of Barcelona, 1min from the Metro station, and close to most attractions. Tons of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Perfect for families with 1-2 children. The only thing that could be better is the water heater. It takes some time to figure out how to get the hot water for showers properly.

Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Loved the wardrobe for all our clothes. A/C to keep us nice a cool after a day out exploring. The host is very organized and very friendly. He shared places to eat with us and the ones we tried were very good. The second bedroom with 2 single beds got a little warm.

• Paul (10/5): Our new favorite home in Barcelona. - We visit Barcelona often. This is now our favorite place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It had coffee, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, soap, dish detergent, kettle, coffee machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, etc. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. There is a bus stop and metro stop right outside the building. We took the metro from the airport right to the apartment. There is an elevator. There are two lockable doors to get in the room, good security. I love the Spanish tiles on the floor and brick and beam ceiling. It’s only 500 meters to the Plaza d’España with great restaurants and a shopping mall. There are three grocery stores within 100 meters. The neighborhood is safe. Our reception at the apartment was pleasant and thorough. Thanks, Sonia.

Felipe was great host , he allowed us to leave our luggage before and after our booking period and also gave great recommendations on what to eat around the area . The apartment was located next to a metro and on the grand via itself so a central location . nothing really I didn’t like .
