• Adriana (1/5): Unsanitary - Good location The bathroom was dirty and had visible mold. We informed the host on the first day, and although he said he would contact the cleaning company, nothing was resolved and we received no further communication. • The bathtub does not drain properly—water pools for several minutes—and the shower water overflows onto the floor, which made it slippery and unsafe. • The apartment was not prepared for 4 guests as advertised: only two beds were made, the sofa bed was broken, and we only found two pillows. • The apartment lacks air conditioning, and the provided fans are not sufficient to cool the space. • The washing machine does not work. • Most importantly, the apartment does not match several amenities listed in the booking, including proper sleeping arrangements and working appliances. Due to these conditions, we decided to leave after only 2 nights.

Посрещнаха и ни настаниха и радостта приключи, когато видяхме теча Имаше теч от тавана през лампата и на много места, събирахме вода, изхвърляхме кофи пълни с вода, предпазителят няколко пъти изключи, нямаше ток и вследствие на това и парно. Осъзнавам, че това може да се случи, още повече че теча е от тавана.... Но смятам че би трябвало да имаме неустойки за всичко това. Къде да потърсим правата си. Ние бяхме коректни към домакините, сега те трябва да отговорят със същото....
• Noémi (1/5): Nem ajánlom. - Lelakott, igénytelen, állt a víz a konyhában, mikor megérkeztünk, koszos edények és konyhai berendezés. Döglött bogár a tányérban, ragacsos tepsi és evőeszközök. Négy ventilátorból kettő üzemképtelen. A fürdőszoba alig használható. Szerintem az európai polgárok nem ehhez szoktak!!! Egyáltalán nem azt nyújtotta, ami a fotók alapján látszott.

• Jennifer (1/5): No Scanderbeg ever again! - The location was great by the Trevi fountain, but the place was a wreck. Beds were terrible to sleep in. Shower leaked water everywhere, the toilet seat came apart, nowhere to hang clothes because the clothesline was on the other side of burglar bars! No air conditioning as was advertised. Right over a restaurant so it was loud all night and we couldn't close the windows because of no AC! Terrible! The location was great by the Trevi fountain, but the place was a wreck. Beds were miserable to sleep in. Shower leaked water everywhere, the toilet seat came apart, nowhere to hang clothes because the clothesline was on the other side of burglar bars! No air conditioning as was advertised. Right over a restaurant so it was loud all night and we couldn't close the windows because of no AC! Terrible!

• Danielle (7/5): great location - The location of the property was fantastic. The bathroom was very tight and the shower which was right next to the toilet leaked. it was difficult for children to get into, bath and get out of. The kitchen was very small and did not have many cooking utensils.
