• Greg (8/5): Good apartment close to station and the major points of interest. - Location was good - 5 min walk from the railway station, 5 min walk to the lake and central square. Large supermarket 100m away. The apartment was quite large, so plenty of room for a group of 4, and it was very clean. We had a group of 4 coming from different locations so couldn’t do the online checkin. So we had to go to the office to provide passport details and then back to (nearly) the station with our luggage. The keys are in a lockbox at the apartment, so recommend you do the online checkin for everyone first or send someone down to complete the checkin. One other point to be aware, there are no ironing facilities at the apartment.

• T (5/5): Fijne vakantie gehad ondanks het airco debacle - Ruim appartement. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. Mooi groot balkon met zonwering. Zowel wasmachine als vaatwasser in de keuken. Smart TV in de woonkamer. Jammer dat de douche in 1 badkamer wel heel smal was. Er waren problemen met de airco's. Heb diverse malen contact gezocht met de host die aangaf dat er naar gekeken was maar de problemen zijn niet opgelost. 1 Airco blies wel lucht maar koelde de kamer totaal niet (heel vervelend als het bloedheet is binnen) en in 1 kamer stond de airco op vrieskou ondanks dat de temperatuur op 20 graden stond. Gelukkig hoefden we geen gebruik te maken van de slaapbanken in de woonkamer want 1 bank stond helemaal schuin (dit ook gemeld bij de host).

• Kate (9/5): Beautiful property in a great location with a view of Lake Maggiore - Great location. We were there for a family wedding and other family had properties in Stresa also. Their accommodation was uphill and 20+ minutes walk from the main part of Stresa. Stresa is quite hilly! So Principina’s location was greatly appreciated. The property is comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Nothing
• Kali (10/5): An excellent home base for a family or small group. - It was clean and spacious and the a/c worked really well. The location was excellent and the grounds were quiet and pretty.

The apartment was also incredibly spacious, in a fantastic location and with high quality bathrooms The beds were hard (which I appreciate is a personal taste thing) There was no ironing board that we could find (although an iron was provided)

• Carley (10/5): Beautiful apartment in center location. - The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and train station. The balcony was a bonus with partial lake view. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
