• manu (8/5): - Facilidad de check in, sin trámites, sin problema . Cocina bien equipada, aunque apenas la usé. Aunque es un antiguo local está bien adaptado y resulta cómodo La TV no sabía manejarla. Aparcar el coche, me resultó complicado. El lavabo es algo pequeño

• Venturini (1/5): nulla di positivo - nulla Non consiglio, l’affittuario non c’era, diceva di essere in ospedale e il mio giorno d’arrivo non si è presentato costringendomi a prendere una stanza d’albergo sul momento… Non rispondeva né a messsaggi né a chiamate, solo dopo essere stato minacciato che avrei chiamato la polizia ha risposto
• Pau (1/5): HORRIBLE - Nada. No puede ni entrar. Una semana antes contacté para el check in y me dijeron que me mandarían un código. Una hora antes de entrar al alojamiento les solicito el código y no me lo proporcionan, además me dicen que van a cancelarme el alojamiento, teniendo que buscarme uno de urgencia. A parte no me ofrecieron ninguna solución ni soporte y tuve que hacerlo todo por mi cuenta, y teniendo que poner una reclamación en booking que se ha hecho cargo de todo. El alojamiento no hizo nada al respecto así que mi consejo es que no os alojéis aquí.
• Enkhbayar (1/5): Cancelled booking through message without refund - Got a whatsapp message on the day of the booking, 3h prior to check-in saying that there is a water problem in the apartment and that they have to cancel the booking. I just said okay and found another place to stay but now 2 days later they did not cancel the booking and not refunded any money.

• Mindaugas (5/5): Passable - Location is pretty good, not too far from the centre and there is a couple of local grocery shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen itself was ok, the only thing there was no spoons, forks or knife. The other complaint is that in one morning I found a cockroach by the enterence door (inside).

• Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was good; everything was clean, and the space was pleasant. The host was very helpful, and the place is only two metro stops from the city center. I would definitely stay here again!
