• Stephen (10/5): - It was a great location with nearby food options. The Colosseum was a short walk away. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was set up well and we were able to cook some food with no issues. There were no issues.
• Patricia (9/5): Brilliant location, well equipped apartment - Spacious, very clean, more or less everything you needed in the kitchen Good location, convenient for metro, quiet although fairly busy on an Evening Lift to apartment, information pack about the apartment very useful. Meeting for keys etc. was easy. The toilet seat in the older bathroom not secure and the position of the toilet was very cramped. Furniture a little tired Photos on Booking site made it look a little different the offer of a welcome pack would have been a good idea

Pone en el.anuncio que hay gel y champú, habia 4 mini pastillas de jabón y un par de tarro de 10ml de gel/champú para 4 personas durante 5 dias. En la cocina debería haber estropajo, bayetas, como mínimo
• CARLOS (1/5): Desilusión y engaño en la comunicación por mensajes después de pagar tanto dinero. - Solo la ubicación Nos cobraron lo que no se había acordado. Nos dijeron que podíamos entrar entre la 1,00m y las 2.00am abonando 50€ más . Y nos cobraron 1 día más cuando no era lo acordado. Al estar en esas condiciones con la familia, las maletas y la hora de madrugada nos obligaron a pagar día más (pagar el 25 cuando entramos el 26 de madrugada). La calefacción no funcionaba. Pasamos frío todos. No se podía graduar ni nos explicaron. No fueron ni por ayudarnos a subir las maletas que íbamos cargados. Ascensor súper viejo . No microondas. Vajilla sucia. Cafetera y calentador asqueroso. Escobilla del batería rota. Ni café ni agua ni bolsa de basura nada de nada para la llegada. De vergüenza. Los colchones súper incómodos . La luz saltaba cada dos por tres. Ponías el tostador y saltaba la luz. Nos quedábamos sin luz por saltar el diferencial. Una vergüenza la verdad.

• Anna (5/5): - L'emplacement au cœur du quartier Monti, à 15 minutes du Colisée, de nombreux restaurants, supérettes et boutiques. Il est situé à 15 minutes à pied de Roma Termini. L'appartement est assez bien isolé et grand, parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes. Le personne qui nous a remis les clefs était sympathique et assez réactive. Il y a une odeur d'égoûts dans l'appartement, la lunette d'un des deux WC est cassée, la pression de l'eau est insuffisante pour tout évacuer, nous avons du utiliser un seau comme système B. La douche n'a pas non plus de pression suffisante. Nous avons trouvé la qualité de la literie médiocre . Le canapé lit est très peu confortable et grince au moindre mouvement. Le grand lit a un matelas dur et fin. Il n'y avait qu'une couverture pour le canapé lit et la couette du deuxième lit n'était pas installée. Il n'y avait aucune casserole mais notre hôte en a acheté trois le deuxième jour. Nous avons eu un souci avec le sel de cuisine qui était contaminé avec du savon, ce qui nous a rendu malade. C'est la première fois que nous avons ce genre de mésaventure...

Apart from that, nothing else positive - Great location and old building with a lift Continuously being harassed by Bookings.Com in the week before requesting an ETA. As we were travelling from the Amalfi Coast, I was unsure of how long it would take and the traffic once in Rome. Gave an ETA of 4pm, however made good time on the day and wanted to check in 1hour earlier which was an hour after the check in time, however the person who would give us access to the apartment wasn’t available as he was checking someone else in on the other side of the city. Water pressure in both showers was atrocious. Husband had to clean the shower heads out. The beds were really uncomfortable, thin mattress on a wooden base.

• Martin (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is really well located for metro, the main attractions and the railway station. Was quite and easy to access. Has all you need for a weeks stay Staff were friendly and fast to sort out hand over of keys. Bed in Spare room like a pkank of wood. Decoration / furniture is cheap. Basics like an extra toilet roll missing. Bathroom for second room has plumbing issues and off gases whole apartment smells like sewage when you enter the front door as a result. Shower is also broken/low pressure from above with hand shower on a short lead. Clearly a rental property that is a cash cow for large letter not a small well cared for place. Master bedroom fab, not so for second room. Photos are accurate for the bits they want to show.

Bath looked a bit dirty, the lights in the kitchen wouldn’t switch off & it would have been nice to have to laundry powder & dishes liquid handy.

Charges premium price for substandard service. - N/a Bins not emptied, half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom was informed by host only enough for one night is uaual, when paying nearly €1000 euros you would expect toilet roll recycling bags. Was expected to clear rubbish to bins found around the streets., some electrical sockets did not work. Kitchen tap was worst ever total non existent flow rate. Shower curtain in ensuite held on by rope, rail coming away from wall. When pointed out bins three quarters full. Host just replied that's unusual. Very disappointed . Stayed in nine other properties in Italy all fantastic

Great location, very clean, really recommended. He also agreed for us to départ a bit late which was a nice gesture... The electricity went down from time to time...

• Ewelina (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. The main disadvantage was the lack of a coffee machine. - The location was brilliant as it was very close to the coliseum and forum romanum. However, there were people partying on the street beneath my window 2 out of 3 nights of my stay. The apartment lacked a coffee machine which is very unusual in Italy. The building has an old elevator which tends to break and is very slow. I would say the flat looks better on the booking photos when compared to reality. Overall it is a nice apartment but I expected more given the price per night. There should be a coffee machine in the kitchen. The pillows were quite uncomfortable. The elevator is slow and old. When you use more than one kitchen appliance at the same time (eg. an oven and a kettle) this is likely to blow the fuses as was the case during my stay. We then had to go all the way down to find the fuses in the outside corridor. The locker in the en suite bathroom is old and does not work properly every time so we got stuck on two occasions.

Hot water shower was good and location is walking distances to many places The sink in the master bedroom toilet doesn’t drain very well. Supplies are low too but you can get it in the mini market nearby
• Dita (7/5): Good - The location of the accommodation was excellent. Close to grocery stores and not far from a metro stop. A short walk to several attractions. The apartments were beautifully designed. The apartment should have a proper chemical cleaning of the furniture. As well as providing extra garbage bags and various household items, such as dish sponges and extra kitchen towels.

• Djellze (8/5): Very good - The property offered a spacious and comfortable setting for four people, complemented by its fantastic location, making our stay highly enjoyable. The apartment looks like the photos just a but older. We were able to checkin around 11:00am even though the official check-in time was set for 2:00pm. There were some drawbacks, including an unpleasant smell, inadequately cleaned, low water pressure on bathrooms, and a not working hairdryer (even though we did ask for its availability) Unfortunately, we all discovered bed bug bites in the morning.
• Georgia (9/5): Very spacious apartment in an exceptional location. Highly recommended! - Perfect location and stay for a family of five. It is so close to all of the major landmarks and amenities. With a tiny bit of extra maintenance, this apartment has the potential to be exceptional - it's just some of the furniture that needs updating, such as the sofa lounge and curtains. The beds in the bedrooms were really comfortable, it was only the sofa lounge which was a little lumpy and hard. The layout and size of apartment was terrific. The washing machine, two bathrooms and kitchen were very convenient and much appreciated for a family of five. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating, letting us check in early. The host met us at door to explain everything and hand over keys. We loved our stay at Clementina and would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend this apartment, as it is great value for money. Nothing major. If I was to be picky, just the old sofa bed needs updating as people are expected to use it for sleeping on. Also, the curtains could be replaced to better keep the light out in the mornings. These things would not stop me from staying here again next time. We loved staying at this spacious and perfectly located apartment, and would highly recommend.

Good facilities. A bit far from the main attractions of Rome. The balcony overlooks a court yard but not very pleasant view.

• Catrina (10/5): Short, excellent, comfortable and brilliantly located. - Everything. Location was perfect and the apartment comfortable and peaceful. We needed to store baggage after the 10am check out. It this was not possible. We just needed them held for a few hours. It is the first time I have not been able to do this with the host and property which was a pity. Everything else was really great.

• Monica (6/5): would definitely recommend via Clementina 5 - the location was good. the host is excellent. he meets you on arrival and helps to take you into the apartment. explains everything & also guides you & gives advise . plus point is the lift especially when you have luggage as it’s on the 4th floor No complaints

• Nimrod (9/5): Superb - The place is very nice and convenient. Location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. The elevator was helpful. The guy who met us was very nice. The agency does not provide any elementary supplies - such as coffee, garbage bags or laundry detergent. We were only there for 3 nights and it would have been easier if they provide guests with these item instead of making them buy big boxes at the store.
