• Kiorewai (9/5): A spacious and well appointed apartment within walking distance of the town and lake. - Although at first glance the apartment building this accommodation is in doesn't look much, the apartment is lovely. It has a great bathroom with a decent sized shower and an open living area with a nice sunny deck / balcony. It is a nice flat walk to the town centre and lakefront. Parking is a bit limited but being there in the autumn meant it was probably easier than it would be in the summer. Giovanni, the owner is very patient (I had problems accessing information to get the keys because my SIM card wouldn't work) and the lovely neighbour helped out. I would stay here again. Anguillara Sabazia was a very relaxed place to start a two week holiday in Lazio. We had no hot water on our first morning. Luckily my dad was onto it and Googled how to fix the water boiler.

Parking issues- the location is near a very busy area, especially during holidays and sunday. There are limited free parking spots in the street of the apartment, we didn’t find any spots for few hours and forced to pay for parking. 2. No AC unit in the bedroom
• Vitaly (9/5): Superb - The property is at a great location and it's very comfortable. We were traveling with a baby and one night when the baby was crying a very angry neighbor was violently knocking on the wall and filed a complain the next day about the noise.

• Dapalaz (9/5): Superb - The apt is 100mt from the lake and beach and was modernly furnished and clean. Giuseppe was a lovely host and explained everything about the house and facilities. The fact that the building has an elevator was important for our elderly mother.

• Maija (9/5): Perfect getaway from the heat and stress of Rome. Perfect both for families and couples. - The location of the property was perfect in this cute little Italian town. To minutes from the beach and at the beginning of the nicest boardwalk. Very close to the most popular restaurant in town. The sofa was not really that comfortable, but it didn't really matter as we were mainly on the beach or strolling the boardwalk.
