- Marilou (1/5): Bad - It's really bad because the staff did not reach us how to check I made a phone call but no one answered, I sent messages but no reply at all. I'm panic that time coz I'm expecting that I can stay there, I already pay for it but didn't stay there, that's why I book another hotel to stay that time. Very bad
- Peggy (1/5): Bad - Good location What the property advertised about the property is different to what we actually get. Included breakfast is actually packets of biscuits, a frozen pizza, some juice/instant coffee. Bed was prepared for one person even though there were 2 people. Towels and bedding are old and grubby. Doors for kitchen cabinet and some cupboards are falling off. There’s no private spa or access to pool as advertised, etc etc. They tried to charge us some extra daily charge even though this was not mentioned in the bookings.
