• Daniela (10/5): - Curățenia a fost perfectă. Am avut toate dotările de care am avut nevoie, atât în bucătărie cât și la baie. Patul matrimonial este foarte mare, cu o saltea foarte confortabilă. Chiar dacă e departe de centrul orașului, apartamentul se află într-un loc liniștit, foarte important atunci când vrei să te odihnești. Am remarcat atenția gazdei la detaliile care fac sejurul de mai multe zile confortabil: cafea, dulciuri, prosoape, iar bucătăria foarte bine echipată. Dar cel mai impresionant a fost faptul că gazda a fost disponibilă in orice moment al zilei pentru a ne ajuta cu orice detaliu. Din motive subiective, noi am tot decalat ora sosirii, dar gazda ne-a așteptat cu o foarte mare disponibilitate. Respect! Mulțumim!

• Chiara (10/5): - Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! L'appartamento era molto bello, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Sabrina è stata super gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Mi ha lasciato tantissime cose per la colazione e mi ha fornito moltissime informazioni utili sia sulla zona che sull’Unipol Arena, dove dovevo andare per un concerto. La posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta per chi, come me, ha un evento lì. Sabrina è stata così premurosa da scrivermi anche il giorno del concerto per sapere se avevo trovato parcheggio: un gesto davvero apprezzato! Consigliatissimo.
• Mary P (10/5): - Sabina the owner was lovely and so helpful as was her husband.They could not do enough to help and called a taxi for me to the airport.Sabina provided a welcome basket and a complimentary bottle of local wine. Apartment is really lovely and spotlessly clean. I was a solo traveller but apartment is big and ideal for a couple. It is quite near the airport so perfect location for that and also if you dont want to be in the centre of Bologna it is ideal.You can take a taxi or bus to the centre. There are local restaurants nearby and I had a lovely meal and also there is a Cafe nearby which was nice to experience local Italian life. I stayed in two other places in Bologna before but this was by far the nicest. I wish Sabina all the best and if I am in Bologna again will stay there. I highly recommend apartment. Thank you Mary (Irish but live in Turkiye) There was nothing I did not like

• Domenico (8/5): It was clean and had parking and had everything in the kitchen for cooking your own meals - Private parking Bedroom downstairs no windows got pretty hot and only had a fan and in the booking stated iron and drying rack. There wasn’t one and had to ask for it. Was brought to me and the iron was dangerous the cord was showing the wires. I would have liked a sofa in the bedroom as there was plenty of room for one
• Frank (9/5): - Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Fahrrad. Die Schlüsselübergabe mir der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist über 2 Etagen sehr groß und hat alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Habe auch einen super Tipp für ein fußläufig ereichbares Restaurant bekommen. Komme gerne wieder.

The only minus (for me) is the mattress of the ground floor. It was really really hard. However some people like it, so it depends on your preferences.

If you're traveling by car, this is the ideal place for you. It has a dedicated private parking lot and the apartment is outside the city's ZTL. The city center is just a 20-minute bus ride away, and the bus station is nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, and can comfortably accommodate up to four people with its two beds. We were delighted to find a welcome basket filled with snacks, coffee, and drinks in the fridge. You'll find everything you need here: good wi-fi, bathroom and kitchen essentials, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, cleaning supplies etc. The apartment is impeccably clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Sabrina was also excellent! We wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to returning when we visit Bologna again. Everything was perfect!
• James (10/5): Absolute gem just outside the city centre - The property was very spacious, had clothes washing facilities, air con, a good shower, coffee machine, secure parking space, all the elements for a comfortable stay. Sabrina is a fabulous host and messaged me during the stay to ask if everything was ok. She quickly responded when I needed a number for a local taxi. The apartment is also close to local bus routes. Very friendly, very clean, very quiet, a hidden gem just outside of the city centre. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Sabrina was super helpful with local recommendations when asked. My partner was taken ill so we had to cancel the reservation our host, Sabrina, made for us at a local restaurant/tratorria she had recommended. I am sure this would have been a highlight. Gutted. Be sure to ask her, there is nothing like a recommendation from a local to stop you feeling like a lame tourist;)

There is also a large grocery store and restaurants nearby. The airport bus stops near the apartment. Public transport is regular and you can quickly get to wherever you want. • William (10/5): Comfortable apartment, good facilities and free parking. - We texted her, and Sabrina met us there, giving us easy access to a secure apartment, on ground floor, with dedicated free private parking area. Quiet suburb of Bologna, possible to get bus into city, about 25 minutes, but car is a better option, for getting there from the airport, about 10 minutes away, and for visiting other areas also, like Modena, and Maserati/Ferrari/Lamborghini/ Ducati museums/ factories! Apartment spacious, large double bedroom and bathroom downstairs, living/kitchen area upstairs, with second double bed (not a sofa bed), might be crowded with 4 people. All kitchen facilities available, supermarkets nearby, restaurants etc. Hostess Sabrina doesn’t speak English but is very very good at the Google translation on her phone, so we managed perfectly! She even brought us a bottle of wine made by her husband, and it was excellent! Good value for money, as staying nearer the centre of Bologna would definitely be a lot more expensive. No microwave, but oven and gas rings for cooking.

It was easy to get there from the center of Bologna and nearby is an incredible restaurant with local food. The host was really nice and helpful. And the apartment is lovely.

Sabrina clearly takes pride in ensuring that her guests are well-cared for, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful - she is a genuine delight to meet. We were welcomed with a fridge and cupboard stocked with drinks, coffee, and groceries to help us get settled in. Air conditioning in the living area was very welcome with the good weather! There is a well-stocked Conad supermarket around 5-10 minutes walk away, and a very nice restaurant, Antica Trattoria Del Pontelungo a 5-minute walk through the nearby park. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was big and well equipped too, and the on-site parking was invaluable. There was nothing that we didn't like.

We were not that bothered, we slept very well :)

She told me how to find the bus, there was a neighborhood map with nearby restraunts and stores. The city was a bit of a walk away, bus route easy, cab service coukd be used by a call 10minutes before for about 11-17 euros depending on driver speed. The amenities were good, very clean . The washing machine and drying rack was a plus. She had coffee, tea, snacks full kitchen. Upstairs and downstairs had 2 beds total.
