• Angelo Giacomo (8/5): Comunque il soggiorno è stato buono. - La colazione la biamo fatta fuori struttura. La posizione è molto buona Vanno rinnovati gli interruttori e soprattutto le prese. Mancano prese di corrente da 16A e soprattutto le prese borsch per alimentatori dei portatili ed altro. Non abbiamo trovato una tovaglia per il tavolo da pranzo. Il copri tazza nel bagno era lento. Con un po più di cura ed attenzione sarebbe una ottima struttura

• Alina (4/5): Great location and size of apartment, but badly managed. - Location is great, very close to a big supermarket. Well connected with key points in the city. Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of lovely cafes around. It’s such a pity that it’s not well cleaned and maintained because the apartment is lovely, with an amazing layout, spacious and can accommodate more people. On the cleanliness level , the apartment was rather dusty and not well cleaned. The kitchen had a lot of oil stains on the stove and around it on the light switch. The kitchen towel that was left smelled really bad and it had a lot of stains. There was no coffee machine ( such a surprise for an Italian city) , just a very old moka that was dirty. We ended up buying a coffee machine. The owner asked me for a down payment of 40 euros prior to the stay , and when I asked for the money back after the stay, he seemed not to remember until I sent him the proof of transaction . The bedsheets in all the rooms had many stains and some of the pillow cases smelled like they were not washed at all. The bathroom with the bathtub had no curtain so the water was splashing everywhere. The back balcony had a lot of junk - such a shame because it was facing a beautiful garden. The couch in the living room was smelly, dusty and ragged. The remote control of the TV h had a thick layer of dust, rather sticky. The furniture in all rooms looked very old and was falling apart. A white cupboard on one of the bedrooms was literally falling apart.
