• Arian (8/5): - Struttura ben fornita di tutto il necessario e molto pulita. Situata proprio in centro quindi con tutte le comodità,ma unica pecca il parcheggio,difficile da trovare o comunque sempre a pagamento. La struttura è la posizione perfetta per girare tutta La Spezia e le sue bellezze essendo vicina sia al centro che alla stazione,tutto a pochi passi! Essendo in centro città,la via dove abbiamo alloggiato non è delle migliori per le persone che giravano da quelle parti,ma non è una pecca della struttura sicuramente,ma di tutti i centri città d’Italia. Ritornerei volentieri ancora!

• Alberto (9/5): Fantastico - UN lugar exelente donde tenes cerca, el centro, el tren, la costanera donde uno puede disfrutar caminar, se los recomiendo. No tiene punto debil

• Sofia (6/5): - La struttura ha un letto a castello (da una piazza e mezza) con sotto un altro letto per 2 persone: noi in quattro (di statura non piccola) siamo stati abbastanza sacrificati perché non ci siamo fidati a dormire in 2 sul letto superiore, considerando che sotto ci stava l'altro letto con le altre 2 persone, e quindi una persona ha dormito sopra, 2 nel letto sottostante e una di noi rannicchiata sul piccolo divano che si apre, ma in cui entrerebbe comodo solo un bambino. Pertanto per soggiorni in 3 persone può andare bene, ma in 4 adulti la disposizione dei letti è sacrificata.

• Mirjana (10/5): Exceptional - Тhe apartment was clean, good equipped, close to the promenade, 15 minutes from the train station. Тhe owner was great, always responded to requests immediately. We are very satisfied. Everything was excellent.

• Harshita (9/5): Amazing stay at La Spezia - Clean, comfortable and very well located in La spezia. Close to train station and many nice restaurants and cafes. The bunk bed is bigger than a single bed so 2 (small) people can sleep on one level of the bed. Towels and basic kitchen appliances provided. The host was really friendly. The AC is a wonder!! The sofa bed is too small to sleep. So three of us had to adjust on bunk beds.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Very clean and spacious. Not enough basics, need salt and pepper and olive oil to be considered a self service apartment. also would be good to have a folding drying rack as there isn’t anywhere to hang out washing.

• Sharoni (6/5): Good holiday - good amenities, big and spacious, very clean, basic amenities like kitchen utensils and coffee etc were available; location is very good, quite close to station as well as the port area. perfect location for a leisurely stay in Cinque Terre unfortunately even though it was September, the weather was chilly and there were no blankets in the apartment.
