• Carole (10/5): Would highly recommend this property if anyone is looking for a quiet retreat and would definitely rebook if we visited - The property was in a lovely location right next to the river . It had a nice outdoor seating area. It was immaculately clean . The kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay . Thought it was a nice touch to provide a breakfast package and a couple of drinks . The bathroom was well equipped with lots of toiletries.The host was very helpful and gave us suggestions of where to eat and was even kind enough to pick us up and drop us back at the train station which we really appreciated. There was nothing to dislike about the property

• Jennifer (10/5): - Our host Clive met us he said if we needed anything we only had to get in touch with Julie or himself such a lovely couple, Clive showed us around,the apartment it is stunning, beautifully decorated, everything you needed for your stay and a few extras thrown in which is such a lovely touch,the shower is great ,the bed is very comfortable, there's a beautiful view of the River, outside seating area is gorgeous with lighting and at night it's just beautiful.It is in the perfect location as everything is a short walk away, cafés ,shops and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk and is a 10 min ride in to Harrogate and you can also go to Leeds and York.The walks around the area are amazing some are harder than others with steep hills and steep steps proper walking shoes is needed but definitely worth doing.. Definitely will be returning so much more to see. Thank you Clive and Julie

• Graham (9/5): Relaxing stay in lovely apartment - Had a lovely stay in this fantastic apartment and can only endorse comments made in previous reviews. However, in particular really enjoed the view from the patio area and were fortunate enough to see deer and an otter. Ideally located for walks along the river in either direction with lots of cafes to stop off at. Could highly recommed and hope to return.

Modern décor with SKY TV, very comfortable bed. Modern shower with towels, shampoos and hand wash supplied. Great base to explore Yorkshire on your visit.

• Shirley (8/5): Very good - The apartment was beautiful immaculately clean.Lovely looking out over the river with heron and kingfishers flying up and down all day.Squirrels and ducks on the bank.Very peacefull.Amazing welcome pack.Clive and Julie were very welcoming.We had a lovely weekend. The only fault for us was we found it too noisy from above.You could here shower and television also footsteps.

• Graham (10/5): Quality holiday base - Great apartment looking onto the River Nidd with its Kingfishers flying by. Walks from the doorstep. 5 mins walk into the heart of Knaresborough. 10 mins walk to the railway station with regular trains to Leeds, York, etc. Bus stop close by. Great choice of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nothing to dislike......
