• Kathrin (7/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt. - Perfekte Lage! Von hier aus kann man die Stadt super kennenlernen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind all ein der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie nicht zur Straße gelegen ist. Nur manchmal gab es nachts etwas Lärm im Innenhof. Die Wohnung hat nur Fenster zum Innenhof, der eher dunkel ist. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip, wo man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

• Raphael (9/5): Cosy apartment in a central location. - The apartment is located very close to the stop for tram 4/6. The location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions. The apartment is located internally within a large courtyard of a building, at ground floor level. It has two separate bedrooms, both with windows overlooking the courtyard. It is quite warm and cosy. The kitchen is limited in size and equipment, but it is still functional for two or three people.

Everything was spotless, clean and well organized, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, very central and in a great area, with everything we needed close by. The host was very kind, welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Kaloryfery włączały się i wyłączały nie utrzymujac stalej temperatury.. Przy temperaturze na zewnątrz 5st- w pomieszczeniu bylo ich 20. Dodatkowo nad toaletą była spora dziura.

• Milana (10/5): Exceptional stay in Budapest - We LOVED the stay, location is in the city center and easy to get by. Everything in the flat seemed so thoughtful, a lot of brochures, some home made paprika, even some food/things that were probably left by previous guests, but I personally appreciated it. Drawn down map of what to see The host is very nice, answered fast and upped the temperature of the heating when we got cold. They also had umbrellas that we really appreciated since it was raining non stop our whole stay. Even though the design is not modern I am so greatfull that we chose this flat

In case you need to take a public transport, the bus/tram/Airport Shuttles are pretty near. The apartment is very clean, in good condition and spacious. It is very quiet at night as the windows overlook the inside little yard. The how is super nice and helping!!

• Novelita (8/5): Great Location & with very helpful owner. - Old structure but maintained. It is clean & in accessible location, 20-30 mins away to main attractions. There is a nearest Tesco & Spar. Close to restaurants & Karaban Street Food for those who fancy to try it- would recommend to try food there. The double bed may need upgrading.

• Chloe (10/5): Great secure stay with a lovely 10/10 host! - The stay was great, rooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Bathroom had lovely hot water and again everything you would need in a bathroom. The host made the trip for us though and I would go back as his hospitality is spectacular! He generously allowed us to check in at 1pm despite check in to be 3pm and gave a tour of where things were as well as some recommendations. There was a hand drawn map in the kitchen of shops near us as well as where to catch buses to go to Szechenyi thermal baths. On one of the days, he had been to the farmers market and provided us with fresh fruit for breakfast! Best strawberries/cherries I've ever had! I didn't not like anything! If I were to make 1 suggestion, I would invest in better bedding for the bedroom as the bed sheets didn't seem fresh but that may be me being a hygiene freak. Loved the stay overall and got great sleep! :)

• Tom (8/5): Fantastic host Fantastic location 👏 - Excellent location for bars and restaurants. However, because you are well away from the street, there is no noise. The host was welcoming, very friendly, and attentive he gave so many recommendations. I'm already thinking of re booking. Room / apparentment is quite basic, but it felt like home, which was lovely. Heating and hot water are plentiful. There are only minor things that could be changed to make the experience even better. Like a new bath matt and towels would be a massive improvement. I don't want to be critical it was lovely.

• Jonah (10/5): Comfortable, quiet home with a great host in a central location - Boa, our host, met us even though our train got in late, and had some great recommendations for things to see and do in Budapest. There was also more information for exploring provided in the flat. The flat was comfortable, with good beds, and was on a quiet courtyard, even though it was in a very central and exciting part of town. Recommended!
• Andrea (10/5): The Best Place I’ve Stayed In Budapest In My 20 Years of Regularly Coming Here as a Tourist - The location was amazing, we were provided with everything a traveller may need (coffee, towels, hairdryer…), the hosts were very responsive to any requests and the lady (Niki), who shown us around was very friendly. She gave us recommendations as to where to go to eat, and would have about what to do around Budapest, except that we already had a plan (my Mum and I grew up here, so we know many things about the city). Our guest who came with us (an Australian girl who lives in England) had a great time and I’m sure the location and quality of the property added to it. There were some leaflets in the living room which proved helpful despite us knowing what we wanted to do. It was superb, and we’d like to come to the same place again!! I liked everything about it. 😄

The flat was tidy and clean, there is everything you need for the stay. Host gave handy tips and places to visit. Communication was very prompt and host was very flexible, as we were able to store our luggage for an hour after check in.

Dont expect luxury aparmen(no AC) it is what it is, the owner is your best friend just ask and he vill help you 😉.
