A 15 min andando de la playa La habitación pequeña es demasiado pequeña para 2 personas. No te puedes ni mover. En el parking es imposible aparcar, pocas plazas para tantas viviendas. Y en la calle también es complicado. La piscina estaba cerrada porque acababan de abonar el césped. ¡En plena Semana Santa! Mal momento

• Victor (6/5): - La ubicación me pareció perfecta para mi, era como para el día a día. El parking no lo veo seguro, era una simple parcela vallada sin una plaza asignada. Las camas del dormitorio pequeño son muy pequeñas. Se nos fue la luz por la noche mientras hacíamos la cena en varias ocasiones, y volvía enseguida, por lo que imagino que el casero “Jesús” nos la habilitaría el mismo.

• Sertan (2/5): First read, then book. - The driveway. I was told that you could use a swimming pool, it was taped off and closed. Upon arrival I had to wait half an hour with my car on the street, because the parking key was absent. The house only has air conditioning in the living room. The front door opens and closes with a digital lock, which means you can't sleep with a safe feeling.There were some dirty spots or moldy, which doesn't seem healthy (see Pictures). The bathroom only has a window for ventilation, this window is in the hallway. Anyone walking by can look inside. Host doesn't speak English.

• Stewart (8/5): Comfortable - Good location to Old and New towns. Only 1 floor up in the lift, quite accessible. Air conditioner, comfortable beds. The owner was on hand for an issue with the door code (as the departure date has been set wrong), also offered a late check out. The apartment is small for 5 adults (mixed sex) with only 1 bathroom. The 'twin' bed is pulled out from underneath however, the door cannot shut if this bed is pulled out. The double room and twin room are separated by a window and blind, which lacks privacy and light. The swimming pool was taped off and not able to be used upon arrival, which we were unaware of until we saw a notice in reception from 8 May 2025. We were asked the time of arrival before departure and only told, on the arrival day, that the previous party had booked a late check out...if we had known this, we could have made other arrangements for our luggage.

• Eire (1/5): Our vacation was ruined. - We didn’t like anything Terrible experience. The electrical system is not working properly, it is even dangerous. Things are broken in the apartment, you constantly have to wait for workmen and plan your time according to them. Door codes are not working properly. One night we stayed out until one of the residents let us in. The owner did not help, claimed that the phone battery was dead. Several rooms have been made into a one-room apartment. There is no window in one room at all. The information on booking.com is not true about the apartment. In the information that there are 3 pools, there is actually 1. The owner asked for a deposit, although it was not written in the conditions. There is no blanket, there were 2 towels for five people. Towels were brought upon request. According to the owner, the blanket is not supposed to exist in Spain. I have been to Spain many times and have had blankets elsewhere. I asked for the accommodation license, the owner did not provide. The owner promised to return 300 euros, but lied and did not return it. Since there are many problems in the apartment and everything can break or is already broken, you may not get your deposit back. It is very, very dangerous to rent this apartment. The owner has not yet forwarded the license to me. Says someone has taken the document. You can see view from apartment at the picture. It's not pleasant.

• Angelika (8/5): Good value for the money in a convenient location - Good value for the price and the owner was very accommodating about arriving earlier or leaving later. Our dog was also allowed which was a big plus. There’s a good restaurant in the same building that also does takeout. The view from the building with the lost clothing isn’t that great.

The owner wasn't there because of an emergency he had and took us a bit to find the place and we had to ask one of the residents to let us in the building and the access to apartment was by entering a code into a keypad. Also the owner didn't speak english so we had to communicate through messages only.
