• Karolina (10/5): Skvělé ubytování, úžasný personál a perfektní lokalita - Přijeli jsme dříve, než jsme původně plánovali, a byli jsme moc rádi, že nás mohli ubytovat dřív. Personál na recepci byl naprosto skvělý – milí, otevření a ochotní lidé, všechno nám vysvětlili a ukázali. Na recepci je navíc kdykoliv k dispozici káva a drobné občerstvení, což bylo moc příjemné. Apartmán byl čistý, útulný a opravdu dobře vybavený. Byla tam klimatizace, sítě proti komárům, fén, televize a všechno potřebné do koupelny. Kuchyň byla perfektně vybavená – spousta nádobí, lednice, mikrovlnka, zkrátka všechno, co člověk potřebuje. Lokalita je taky výborná – blízko centra, hned vedle obchod otevřený 24 hodin denně, lékárna a spousta kaváren a restaurací. Na recepci jsme navíc dostali i doporučení na místa, kam zajít na jídlo nebo na kávu, což jsme ocenili. Celý pobyt v nás zanechal opravdu skvělý dojem. Lidé, kteří tam pracují, jsou úžasní a je vidět, že jim záleží na tom, aby se hosté cítili dobře. Dokonce jsou tam k zapůjčení i deštníky. Byli jsme maximálně spokojení a až znovu poletíme do Sofie, určitě bychom se chtěli ubytovat právě tady. -

• Margherita1981 (10/5): Ottima struttura, ottima posizione centrale, pulizia eccezionale. - Ci siamo trovati molto bene, struttura che consiglio. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È centrale. Vicino si ha tutto, le maggiori attrazioni della città, Bar , ristoranti, negozi, market. La metropolitana serdica è tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale della struttura è sempre molto gentile e disponibile, ottima comunicazione con loro, fin da subito, sia tramite email, che in struttura. La nostra camera con bagno, erano grandi il giusto e molto pulite, non mancava nulla. Avevamo il frigorifero, l' aria condizionata, servizio di pulizia in camera, e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Nella hall si può usare la macchinetta del caffè, e vi sono sempre dei dolci a disposizione, ed è una hall molto carina, con dei bei divanetti. Il palazzo è videosorvegliato, c'è l' ascensore, e fino alle 18 c'è il portiere. È veramente una struttura pulita, sicura, comoda. Le camere e i bagni si vede che sono stati rifatti a nuovo da poco. Letto comodo. In bagno c'era sempre l' acqua calda. In camera ci hanno omaggiato con delle bottiglie di acqua. Tornerei in questa struttura e la consiglio. Ottima struttura.

Struttura moderna e accogliente, la stanza è risultata pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, bottiglia d’acqua in camera, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Possibilità di usare i locker per lasciare i bagagli in arrivo o in partenza. Macchina del caffè o tè in reception con alcuni biscotti per fare una piccola colazione al mattino o uno snack nel pomeriggio. Sicuramente da consigliare, un sicuro riferimento a Sofia Nulla da segnalare

I was happy to see that they are building a second floor, so more people will get the chance to experience the hotel! Awesome staff, special thanks to Niki again for everything, for the lovely studio and the early check in, and to Mira and the kind man who‘s responsible for the cleaning to let us stay longer and have a late check out, much appreciated !!! Very clean rooms, large clean bathroom, you can order food straight to the room, all you need is a step away, as I said the Location is in the heart of our capital!!! • Brian (10/5): Perfect accomodation for a short break, with great staff! - Location hotel Sofia has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It has all the facilities you need, comfortable clean rooms with nice shower facilities, and easy access. It's very central which allows for easy exploration of the city, public transport and taxi services all around the area, as well as great walkable tourist attractions and loads of city restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made you feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is not a luxury accomodation, but it has everything you will need, with all modern features you expect to see and is clearly well looked after by the staff.

• Nastasja (10/5): Seamless, comfortable, made me sad I was staying for only one night - Modern, clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and sleek and what really sold me were the cotton pads! They really thought of everything, and I never would have expected this quality for this price! The location is fantastic and best of all, if you need to check in later like I did, the process is smooth and the reception desk features an app that lets you order yourself a taxi early next morning at the address, so you don’t have to worry yourself about making it to the airport

• Julia (10/5): Loved everything about this hotel! - I hade long connection between my flights, so i stayed 1 day only, but if i will visit Sofia again i will definitely choose this hotel! First of all want to say thank you for the staff, very friendly and helpful Room was so clean, comfortable bed, good cosmetics in bathroom. There is tea- coffee corner at reception. Location is perfect, quiet street, 5 min walk from Vitosha shopping street, 5 min from Serdika metro station.

You can really tell that the space was designed with attention to detail – for example, having a table with a mirror was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely recommend this place! The only minor downside is that you can occasionally hear some noise from the street and trams during the night. Also, if your room is close to the entrance, you might hear the door when other guests come in. But that's not a fault of the accomodations I think ;)

• Amy (10/5): - Location Hotel is located in the best area of Sofia, 5 mins walk to Vitosha Boulevard, 5 mins walk to Local supermarkets, mall of Sofia is 2 tram stops away and public transport is very close to take you to many areas around Sofia. Access from airport via M4 metro is very easy and super quick. We were greeted by Mira upon arrival who was extremely polite and helpful. The room is very well designed to include everythinga traveller would need, bed is soft but comfortable, AC, fridge with small freezer compartment, electric points around the room, bathroom compact but super clean. Complimentary water and hot drink sachets in the room is a very nice touch to welcome you. The room itself was super clean and Id like to thank the gentleman that cleans the rooms, he is very efficient, very friendly & polite. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel because of its location & cleanliness.& staff friendliness. We would definitely be returning to this hotel if we are coming back Sofia. Nothing... keep up the good work!

Te ponen agua, tiene tele y frigorífico. También tiene todo tipo de champú, crema hidratante, acondicionador, secador. Luego en recepción te ponen test y cafés, y también hay bizcocho o pastas Además, está súper céntrico al lado del Boulevard principal. Y al lado de la estación de metro Servical. Pero no sé oye ningún ruido de la calle. Nada
