• Meral Sena (7/5): - The room was near to train station. There was laundry machine inside which provides convenience for long time stays. Easy check in. There were several kitchen tools you can use such as microwave refrigerator etc.. owner was easy to reach. Neighborhood was very silent for a bar street. The cost is affordable comparing to other places i looked around. The first day we checked in, he battery of remote control for AC/ heater was dead. So we basically wait to freeze half an hour try to find a solution. Even I told the owner the issue is most probably was battery but they took so long time to reply me so I had to handle the problem by myself as there were no extra batteries at room either. We had one luggage got broken after we arrive Tokyo so I asked owner if they can us for disposal of it. But they soud very not willing to do and in the rnd they offered they can do if we pay 10.000 yen which is insane. So i had to find my own way to do it. Other than that, room is generally clean but especially the air conditioner and some frames ehich i couldn't figure out the purpose of it, was way too dirty so made me feel sick. Even there is a heater but the floor itself is too cold so you dont get warm quickly. And the location is too far from center so if you want to visit touristic places you always have to transfer for 2 times that takes at least 40 mins.

• Nur Qamarina (8/5): Strategic Location - I choose this house because it is near to the Keisei line. The house was very clean and practical. The facilities given were complete even there were an iron and board provided. The host very helpful and the information given was very clear. The place was too small for 3 person with 3 big luggages.

• Lauren (10/5): Wonderful stay and would enjoy staying again. Made our first Japan trip very comfortable. - I love love the lights and extra amenities. Dryer, washer, soaps, shampoos and clean towels and sheets. The house is very cute decorated and was comfortable for two. Plus it was a short walk to the station with a 7/11 also right across the street. Great customer service and all instructions were helpful in house manual. The A/C could have been colder, but it was still a good temperature. Just make sure to close all bathroom doors so A/C can be comfortable for you too.
• daiki (10/5): 過ごしやすかった👌 - 近くに飲食店やスーパーなど施設が整っていて良かった。 洗濯した時に洗濯槽のカビ？みたいなものが洗濯物にたくさん付いていて汚かった。洗濯槽洗浄をしないといけなかったので、宿泊前に洗濯槽の洗浄をしていただければ良いと思います。

• Zarina (10/5): Close to the station and comfortable stay with a really nice and accommodating host! - It’s a short distance away from the train station, roughly 5 minutes of walking, making it a really handy place to stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it’s relatively peaceful here. It is quite close to a hospital though so oftentimes you’ll hear ambulances passing by. The accommodation itself is small (the size is reported in the listing) but very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s equipped with so many amenities such as a washing machine, a bathroom dryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, toothbrush and toothpaste, microwave, kettle and a kitchen sink where you can cook as well. The owner is a very lovely person as well! Very quick to respond, super helpful, kind and accommodating! We felt really well looked after during our stay despite not having met them in person. They even provide you a helpful manual to use the facilities! This isn’t a con. My reviews just tend to get cut off because of how long they are lol. This accommodation is located in Katsushika which I was well-aware of beforehand and had always wanted to stay in to be away from the hustle and bustle of the central city. However, if your main destinations are in central Tokyo, you might want to stay somewhere closer then as train rides can be long. I personally enjoyed my stay here and loved it. There’s so many eateries nearby, the convenience stores are close by and there’s also a supermarket and a Daiso too which makes it perfect when you’re trying to get things packed for departure. Overall, I’d definitely want to stay in this place again in the future if I can! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
• Nur (10/5): PERFECT & AWESOME! - The facilities inside the house so perfect. They have iron, refrigerator, washing machine & everything so great. So satisfied with the cleanliness & this house near to train station which only takes 5~7 mins walk. I will come back to Tokyo & stay here again.
• Prescilla (10/5): We had a lovely stay with a clean place, useful appliances, heater, and Wi-Fi, and good location with walking distance f - The place was incredibly clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and facilities, including decent Wi-Fi! The heaters and air conditioning were functional and really helped my family with the cool weather. Very good location — walking distance from the train station, a few convenience stores, and many local shops and restaurants! This is probably one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at, and we had a truly lovely and wonderful time staying.
