• Mariia (8/5): В цілому, це непоганий варіант для короткострокового перебування, якщо вам важливе розташування. Якщо власники усунуть - Зупинялися в цьому помешканні під час поїздки до Барі. Враження загалом непогані, але є кілька моментів, на які варто звернути увагу. Найбільший плюс — це розташування. Квартира знаходиться у зручному районі: недалеко до центру міста, поряд є магазин, що дуже зручно для щоденних потреб. Також легко дістатися громадським транспортом Щодо самого житла — воно потребує трохи більше догляду. При заїзді було помітно, що квартира прибрана не дуже ретельно, хотілося б більшої чистоти. Крім того, душ був частково пошкоджений, що створювало певні незручності. Сусідка зверху не дуже заважала)

• MAHARISHI (3/5): Great apartment and host, but completely overshadowed by terrifying neighbor harassment that made our stay sleepless and - The apartment itself was lovely — very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our stay was deeply disturbed by a mentally unstable neighbor living directly below. Despite observing quiet hours and not making any noise we were literally whispering, we were harassed throughout the night. The neighbor banged on the walls, ceiling, and door while shouting hysterically in Italian. This happened multiple times each night, leaving us terrified and completely sleep-deprived. Although the host has no control over this behavior, he did warn us about the neighbor when we arrived, which means he was aware of the issue.

Thank you Mailas for your availability and help! We hope to visit You again in the future! The neighbor who was histerical, even at the slightest noise She was calling at the interphone and shouted she can't rest, although we were nota doing anythong to bother. But we knrw that from the reviews of other people, so, it was not a surprize, but however, anoying.

• Marta (7/5): Clean and specious apartment - There were clean towels in every bedroom, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a short stay - great coffee machine, iron and iron board and hair dryer in the bathroom. The place is clean and spacious. There is a big Familia supermarket just next to the apartment, a fancy beer place in the same building and the neighbourhood is full of small bakeries, pizza and pasta, so definitely not going to starve out. The old town is 20-30min walking from the place but there is also a bus stop right in from of the apt. A Russian lady who lives on the floor below takes quite seriously quiet hours after 21:00. We were travelling with children, so no parties were held or voices raised. Despite that she called couple of times to complain about noise and warn us that she will call the police. This was a bit disturbing and might spoil your vacation especially if you travel with your family and kids.
