• Sarah (10/5): - We’ve just spent a wonderful four days staying at Gwenallt, and it was absolutely perfect. The house felt so homely and welcoming, while also being spacious and spotlessly clean. It had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing break on the beautiful island of Anglesey. Hilary was very friendly and quick to respond to any messages, which made everything so easy from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked again for next year — we can’t wait to return! Everything was perfect.

• Anton (10/5): Relaxing and quiet village stay - The property was a cute village house with a comfortable living room, style bathroom and spacious garden. Personal preference and something to consider: I would upgrade the living room tv so it had apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus available for guests to log into their accounts.

I couldn’t recommend it enough - Everything , from the beautiful garden my son couldn’t get enough of, to the numerous board games, the soft mattresses and the kitchen facilities made feeding affordable as we were able to cook our meals. The details instructions in the home book, Hilary was kind enough to let us have an early check in, suggested a place we could go for a work. It was truly a home away from home. Nothing

Well equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds that were very spacious. Everything there was good quality and of a high standard. It was really good! Lounge was a bit cold and didn’t heat up very well. WiFi was not that good. Small bandwidth so a bit slow and some pages wouldn’t load at all. Lock box for keys a bit tricky to open.

Thanky - Cozy and clean Close your walks and lots of room and seating. Garden was beautiful even though we didn’t manage to sit out. Not that we didn’t like I do struggle with sleeping the bed we were in was soft so I struggled with sleeping. But we loved everything else.

Everything is super clean and we loved the decor -the garden is also absolutely beautiful! There are toys and games that suit all ages to be found inside and outside. There were so many fab places to visit nearby and just a short drive away! We have enjoyed every aspect of this wonderful home and were quite sad to leave! Thank you Hilary for such a lovely stay! ❤️❤️❤️ That we had to leave!

• Jasmine (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Anglesey - A beautiful home, with an amazing garden. Found it easy to get to other locations such as Newborough and Llandwyn beach. The host generously provided games, toys, dvds and books which was much appreciated.
• Marco (8/5): A very nice and comfortable stopping stone to the moutains, coastal paths and beaches of Anglesey - Spotlessly clean and useful facititees. A nice stepping stone to the island. Very quiet as well. In the Village there are no pubs or shops but they are available very nereby
• Claire (10/5): This was our 4th stay at Gwenallt. We love it! - Gwenallt is like a home from home. It's the perfect place for us for a relaxing weekend with our family. The house is spotless, with excellent facilities, comfy beds and a beautiful garden. The location is superb for visiting local beaches and exploring the island. We have stayed here 4 times over 4 years and hope to return many more times. I always feel a little sad to leave! Thank you Hilary for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home.

• Joanna (10/5): The perfect stay for our family! A home from home with everything you could need and close to beautiful beaches. - Gwenallt is such a homely place to stay when visiting Anglesey. We loved how every room had lots of attention to detail and absolutely everything we could possibly need. The downstairs toilet was a bonus and the garden is so beautiful! My daughter had a great time playing lawn games with us and being able to sit outside in the evenings really made our stay. It is a little remote in terms of nearby shops, but if you have a car it is no problem at all and really close to the beautiful Newborough beach which a must to visit. We loved it that much that we have already booked for next year. Nothing at all.

The property is very spacious, comfortable and clean with all the facilities you need. Maybe a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would have been nice.

A lovely garden with outdoor furniture, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Plus easy parking and easy check‐in. The location is wonderful too, lots to do from lovely walks nearby (Newborough Forest was our favourite) to attractions like Anglesey Sea Zoo, model village and transport museum. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come to Anglesey again! Nothing to dislike!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the enclosed garden was wonderful for the kids to play in. There is a handy guide with lots of suggestions for days out and places to eat. We will be back!

• Andrew (10/5): Fantastic house, great base. - Terrific house, brilliantly appointed and lacking nothing. Lots to do within a short drive and a lovely garden to chill out and stare at the stars. The only hitch is that the village of Gwenalt doesn't have a shop, but if you're prepared and not worried about having to drive to get provisions then it's not a problem.
