• Catherine (4/5): Disappointing; would not stay at any properties belonging to this owner/manager again. - Contactless check in (although sent details for a different property, so only partly successful). Kitchen contained odds and ends of crockery and cutlery, only three bowls; dirty dishes in the cupboards. Tray of wet, stinking sponges under the kitchen sink. Although most of the house was surface-clean; the eye-level rangehood was filthy (apparently "missed on the last clean"), air con/heater vents covered in dust. Beds were worn out - single bed mattress stained with rust marks and sharp springs popping out the sides. No mattress protector - thin, tired bed linen and towels. Only 5 chairs at dining table, and no stools, despite photos showing more seating than this, and me booking for 7 people. No clothesline, no dryer, just an old broken clothes airer. Both bathrooms had water damage - mouldy door frames. Loose powerpoint hanging out of the mirror in the bathroom. Random sections of floorboards with big gaps in them. Upon checking the property booking, discovered the owner had multiple properties, and photos had been interchanged, ie multiple kitchen/dining areas shown within each listing. Listing described outdoor table setting, which wasn't there. Turns out we'd been sent check in details, codes and address, for a property around the corner. When I questioned this later I was told the manager tried to call me that night. Had a missed call the next day, identified by smartcaller ID as "Phatt Weight loss", which I later discovered was the manager, but no message was left. Discussion with the manager of the property afterwards was disappointing. I'll be careful to not book one of their properties again.

• Albert (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed staying at your place. Everything was good. It was clean and cozy, it was well stocked and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for my children, very spacious for them to play. The wifi wasn't working the whole time we were there. That was the only downfall.

• Paula (5/5): I do not recommend this location or the place and was not value for money with all the work we had - The beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets but no cloth though just a scourer, so I had to buy some. Is Set Up okay for small animals. Floor were absolutely filthy. We had to mop the whole house twice with hot water and disinfectant ourselves. Our Six-year-old had black feet in 15 minutes of walking around. The oven on the outside was filthy and the oven door needs repairing as it doesn’t shut so we couldn’t use that. The barbecue may as well be thrown out as it’s rusted to bits and there was an old sock under it. Don’t think the cleaners even go outside The garage has no remote from the outside attached to the key. You have to do it all from the inside. The first night I arrive and my children in the bath. I had the local crime investigation police banging on the door for people who previously live there or the owners which was a very scary experience to say the least. So will never stay there again.
