Guest Reviews
- Gregoria (9/5): -
- Paloma (9/5): Superb - Very well located, with a nice view and near the subway The coffee machine was a bit hard to understand
- Stefano (5/5): Passable - The WC was leaking and the shower too
- Kamila (5/5): Localization and contact with the owner is good, the apartment could be more clean and beds should be prepared in 2 room - Localization was fine Sheets were prepared only in one bedroom while bed in second bedroom was not prepared at all having only some dirty blanket on it (as I found hair of other guest on it). Not sure why the owner thought I will be sleeping with my colleague while we are taking apartment with 2 bedrooms? Shower drain sinking from one side, dirty towels, problem with electricity, as if you want to cook some water in the pot and dry your hair at the same time the electricity will go off in the whole apartment (btw now I understand why there is no kettle in the kitchen probably not to provoke such situation that the owner is probably aware of), no hot water after one shower :(
- Milica (6/5): Everything is ok, except the level of cleaning - Comfortable rooms, location and no fix check in. It was not really clean.
- Zhen (9/5): Nice and clean apartment. - very clean apartment, very quiet, AC works very well. Location is bit far from the city center.
- Suzette (1/5): Bad - Fridge didn't close. No dishcloth or even a sponge to clean the dishes. Old and damaged kitchen units. Broken shower door and leaking water on the floor. Difficulty when flushing the toilet. No couch to sit.
- Prashant (7/5): Nice apartment with good location - The location was good , close to buses and metro station for most tourist places Will be good to have some chairs in the room and place for keeping luggage
- Juta (10/5): Was really pleasant stay. Thanks a lot, everyone recommend, and see you next when in Rome - The apartments are really bright and comfortable for the group of 4 people. Well equipped, you will have here everything you need- dryer, washing machine and etc. Is located in city centre with nice nebourhood , nice restaurant not far from the apartments. Close to the Re Di rome metro station. Very kind staff, very helpful .
- Dalia (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, large apartment Lack of cleanliness, lack of kitchen utensils (knife, wine glasses, sponges, rubbish bags, etc.), noisy neighbours.
- Joey (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location close to all Rome attractions. Can easily be accessed by a subway that’s close by or bus 87 that brings you to most attractions.
Perfect apartment for a group.
- Christian (10/5): A great homebase for a Rome-visiting family from Germany - I have to admit that we were a bit skeptical in general and especially about the vikey.it-tool we should share our personal data with beforehand, but obviously everything was right with it (I had done quite a bit of online research about it before). But the reality-check was close to perfect.
The apartment turned out the same way the pictures had shown it. It's located in an impressive Roman downtown house. Very important to us: it was very clean including the beds, bathroom and kitchen. The furniture is basic but that's what we had preferred. WLAN worked well just like all bathroom and kitchen fittings. There are two bedrooms, one to the front side, one to the back side. The front one got some traffic jam in the early mornings and some nightly footsteps of the above tenant including is wandering dog but our earplugs worked perfectly against all of that.
Getting into the apartment seemed to be a bit tricky first, but turned out rather easy with the instruction-video Alfonso sent us shortly before. Speaking of Alfonso: we never got to meet him in person but the chat-conversation was very reliable and he was at help for us whenever we needed it. Grazie mille, Alfonso! You contributed a lot to a wonderful Rome-stay of a German family!
The location was very good for us as train travelers. By metro it was about four stops from Roma Termini to Re di Roma and from there a 10-minute-walk. Within 5 walking minutes there are at least two nice coffee bars/bakeries and a Penny supermarket.
To the Colloseum it's a nice 40 minutes walk.
Again: grazie Alfonso e arrivederci Roma! There was a little dust under the bedside tables and the beds which could have been removed a bit more carefully. The rest was perfect for us.
- Rati (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magdalena (10/5): Great stay in this place, good location, close to the metro, very comfortable apartment! - I use the door code :)
