• YUNSEOK (3/5): - Without location, there’s nothing good It’s too dirty for me to sleep. And not like photo, it’s too small to sleep comfortably. Everything except location should be revised properly. And it’s not worth that cost.

• Leyla (10/5): For this price everything is great - There are also 2 metro lines nearby and a Spar. Can literally reach the city center
• Borislav (8/5): Very good experience for money - quality - The room is big with your own bathroom. Close to the metro and the supermarket. As i was there in the Winter period the temperatures were low and the problem was that the radiator in the building worked only during the daytime and when the night hit it was a little bit cold.
• Martin (4/5): - Nähe zur U-Bahn Diese Unterkunft als 3 Sterne Hotel zu bewerben ist ein Witz! Die meisten airbnb Zimmer sind besser und günstiger. Die Zimmer sind mit alten Möbeln zusammengestellt. Der Teppich hat Flecken und es ist schlecht ausgemalt. Man hält eine Nacht aus aber Komfort und Entspannung sieht anders aus.
• Kurt (7/5): sehr saubere unterkunft in gute lage mit leider kleinen einzelzimmern - - auf meine beanstandungen wurden äußerst höflich und kompetent reagiert und eine lösung gesucht - sehr sauber - erreichbarkeit des personales - lage sehr gut , ruhig , u bahn keine 5 minuten weg - leider sind die zimmer sehr klein

• Elisa (8/5): - Appartamento carino, molto piccolo ma perfettamente adeguato per un soggiorno di una persona sola per pochi giorni. Molto ben servito dai mezzi (metro e bus). La pulizia era ottimale ed era evidente che il bagno era stato pulito. Ho dovuto contattare il proprietario per dei problemi tecnici durante il soggiorno, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo anche a tarda ora e risolvendo il problema con prontezza. L'unica nota negativa è stato che ho notato che la chiave dev'essere uguale a quella di tutte le altre stanze: ho ricevuto un mazzo di chiavi con due chiavi, una per il cancello sotto e una sia per la porta d'ingresso all'appartamento (sembra che fosse un appartamento molto grande, da cui siano state ottenute delle stanze singole trasformate in mini-appartamenti) sia per la porta della mia stanza. Perciò, chiunque nelle altre stanze avrebbe potuto tranquillamente accedere alla mia stanza (essendo una ragazza da sola, ho preferito appoggiare alla porta la sedia e il comò, anche se dubito che sarebbero stati sufficienti in caso qualcuno volesse entrare). Per me personalmente l'aspetto della sicurezza è imprescindibile, quindi probabilmente non sceglierei di nuovo questo appartamento semplicemente per questo motivo, altrimenti mi sono trovata benissimo!

• Otmar (1/5): Würde diese Unterkunft keinen Menschen empfehlen!! - Nichts Kaltes Zimmer, kaltes Bad, Fernseher ging nicht , nach Rücksprache sagte man mir ich soll You Tube schauen, nur in English.Kein Lift, keine Hilfe bei Problemen mit dem Fernseher. In der Toilette waren am inneren Rand noch die Fäkalien der Forgänger!
• Franzi (8/5): Tolles Zimmer in einem zentrumsnahen Bezirk mit guter Anbindung. - Lage: relativ zentral, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel liegt an der Straße, also hört man schon die Autos und Menschen, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung war top und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Großes Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Leider konnte das Personal fast kein deutsch, was die Kommunikation in Person erschwert hat. Des Weiteren gibt es keinen Aufzug und das Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock. Daher war es mit dem Koffer körperlich anstrengend.

• Lozanov (6/5): - Града мо хареса като цяло с великолепната архитектура и чистия въздух Не ми хареса че хората са леко мрачни сякаш и че в 21 часа нищо не работи няма магазини няма откъде да си напазаруваш и хотела че стаята беше адски малка и това поне за мен е леко депресиращо и гледката която беше към една сива стена също не ми допадна

• Friedrich (3/5): Kein 2tes mal - Positiv ist nur die Lage, 2 min zur u6. Hat nichts mit Hotel zu tun. Umgebaute Wohnung mit 6 Zimmern, extrem eng (EZ), KEIN Tv-programm, Wasser von Dusche UND WC wird abgepumpt. Keine Reinigung wärend der 3 Tage! Kein Tageslicht, da das Fenster nur 1m von Hauswand entfernt ist. 2.Stock ohne Lift. Für das Gebotene viel zu teuer.

• Hamzaoğlu (6/5): - Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe ein 20-Quadratmeter-Zimmer gebucht, das Zimmer war nicht einmal 5 Quadratmeter groß. Es gab nicht einmal ein Schild am Hotel, man konnte nicht erkennen, dass es ein Hotel ist, und die Lage war anders als im Internet angegeben, weshalb ich das Hotel nur schwer finden konnte. Insgesamt kann ich nicht sagen, dass es ein schönes Hotel ist. Es entsprach auch nicht den Bildern.

• Mathias (8/5): - Kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Kühlschrank war vorhanden, ebenso Wasserkocher, zwei Teebeutel und eine Flasche Wasser, die aber am zweiten Tag nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Die Frau, die ich telefonisch an die Tür holen musste und mir das Zimmer zuwies, sprach leider kein Deutsch (und möglicherweise auch nicht gut Englisch).
