- Giulia (1/5): 255 € PER UNA BRONCOPOLMONITE SENZA RISPOSTE E SENZA RIMBORSO - Niente, hanno confermato la prenotazione due volte e da 70€ di camera a notte abbiamo speso 255 in 3 da 150 che dovevano essere di servizi vari siamo stati 3 ore sotto all'indirizzo con nessun recapito disponibile e diretto con l' host ne con booking, senza rimborso neanche parziale ma di un terzo per aver aspettato fuori al freddo di notte a chiamare tre ore e esserci fatti derubare bellamente senza avere una soluzione ne dal sito ne dall'assistenza tutt'ora abbiamo ricevuto solo 70 di rimborso neanche un terzo di ciò che abbiamo speso.. posso capire che era sera tardi ma se viene confermata una prenotazione che sia tardi o presto se ci sono problemi dovrebbe essere annullata e rimborsata non che dobbiamo continuare a cercare sia l host e l'assistenza booking senza risultati ne spiegazioni Tutto, pagato 255€ per due notti in tre per prendermi la broncopolmonite per aver aspettato 3 ore tra assistenza booking e invano contattato host anche tutt'ora senza risposta... Rimborso di 70 euro per una bella bronco polmonite.. la prossima volta magari non confermate prenotazioni se non avete intenzione neanche di rispondere dopo aver accettato la prenotazione!!! Uno schifo unico mai vista una cosa così neanche da booking, avere due giorni fuori casa e manco più abbastanza soldi per una camera e la broncopolmonite
- Armela (1/5): Worst Experience Ever - Do NOT Stay Here! - NOTHING I wish I could leave zero stars. This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had with any booking platform or property. I originally booked THIS apartment, specifically because it was just 2 km from the stadium, making it ideal for the match day. Upon arrival, I was told I had been moved to a different property 9 km away without any prior notice.
The new property, located at Via Principe Amedeo 40, Turin, was completely inadequate. It’s a tiny room with no air conditioning (WHICH THEY SAID IT WAS LUXURIOUS!!). The reason I booked in advance was for the convenience, and then we were stuck with a terrible room far from the stadium with no way to get there easily.
The owner claimed the bathroom was broken due to prior damage, but when I checked online, the apartment was still listed for bookings. This clearly shows they were lying about the situation. To make matters worse, I had tried contacting Booking.com multiple times, with no response. No help, no refund, no compensation – absolutely nothing. The owner of the property only agreed to refund 20Eur, which weren't enough for the taxi only and I didn't accpet them!! It was offensive!
I am thoroughly disgusted by how poorly this situation was handled. This property and Booking.com’s customer service have no regard for their customers. Avoid at all costs if you want a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Complete waste of time and money. I will never book with Booking.com again after this. Terrible!
