• LoekPaas (9/5): Mooi uitzicht op de Basiliek - De ligging was perfect, zo midden in het centrum van Mantua. De trappen. Dat waren me toch een partij veel. Maar ja. Bij een oud gebouw hoort natuurlijk geen lift.
• Volker (6/5): Sehr schönes, aber nicht leicht erreichbares Appartement - Geräumiges, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit sehr zentraler Lage im historischen Stadtkern Die Casa Longhi befindet sich im Centro Historico mit einem "traffico limitato ZTL", d.h. das Appartement ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Man muss also das Gepäck von einem Parkhaus zum Appartement transferieren. Die Casa Longhi befindet sich in einem alten Palazzo im 3. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr steile, enge Treppe erreichbar. Besonders für ältere Personen kann daher der Transport des Gepäcks über diese Treppe zu einer Aufgabe werden.
• Matthias (8/5): Perfekte Lage und lebendiges Ambiente - Perfekte Lage. Große Wohnung, viel Licht, viel Raum. Nerviger Prozess zum Online-Checkin. Enges Treppenhaus ohne Aufzug, was bei schwerem Gepäck ein Problem sein kann. Durch die Lage im Zentrum ist es nachts einfach laut, da die Straßencafes auch nach Mitternacht noch aktiv sind.
• Riccardo (7/5): Stanza molto rumorosa - La posizione Stanzea molto rumorosa perché poco insomorizzata. Sveglia ogni mattina alle 6 con il camion della spazzatura. Visto il prezzo dell’appartamento sarebbe stato gradito trovare una bottiglia di acqua e due cialde per il caffè. Non c’era nulla

• CESARE (7/5): - La posizione fantastica; la comodità di accesso; letto comodissimo I vetri originali poco insonorizzati e quindi si sentono molti rumori; la porta del bagno a vetro.
• Silvia V. (3/5): Sconsigliato - Posizione e grandezza dell'appartamento. Pavimenti e tappeti sporchi. Bagno sporco e doccia intasata. Avendo una bambina di 2 anni abbiamo chiesto assistenza almeno per risolvere il problema della doccia e riuscire a lavarla in maniera decente. Il primo giorno ci è stato detto che non dovevamo chiudere la porta a chiave, in quanto non ne era presente una di scorta. Il secondo giorno, dopo aver lasciato aperto, non si è presentato nessuno. Visto il prezzo elevato pagato, speravamo almeno ci venisse garantita assistenza. Non pretendevamo i pavimenti splendessero, ma nemmeno che fossero così sporchi, e lo stesso dicasi per il bagno. Noi ci siamo adattati, ma per una bambina così piccola non è stata una bella esperienza.

• Stefania (10/5): 3 giorni a Mantova - Ho lasciato l' appartamento proprio questa mattina. Posizione eccellente, davanti alla basilica di Sant' Andrea. Il mio appartamento era al terzo piano, senza ascensore, una mansarda veramente carina. La zona piena di negozi, locali, insomma nn ho nulla da ricriminare Nulla

• LG47 (8/5): - L'emplacement. La grandeur de l'appartement. Le fait de n'avoir vu personne au Check-In (check-in électronique). De ce fait il nous a manqué des informations pour la manière de gérer les déchets. Quand nous sommes arrivés la température était de 17,4 °C. Le 4ème jour elle a finit par atteindre 20 degrés. Le top de douche est très glissant. Il faudrait un tapis de douche antiglisse.

• Gabriel (5/5): Excellent location-Host needs to address instructions and maintenance - Central location, bed rooms were accommodating Had handicap and requested the lower level and stairs were a problem; no instructions in English on operation of equipt. i.e. stove, oven, coffee maker, trash; shower drain fills with water while showering; booked over 7 days without add'l towels being provided; toilet paper holder missing. Coffee maker was not working-found metal pieces & grinds inside; incorrect pods left (could be cause for problem) I cleaned unit from downloaded instructions the best I could-unit was still dripping water from underneath (internal problem) unit needs to be scaled.
• Carmelo (8/5): Un lugar inmejorable desde el que disfrutar y visitar Mantua - El lugar es inmejorable para conocer Mantua. Estas en el centro de la ciudad y aunque hay un poco de ruido algunas noches, no dura demasiado tiempo y no molesta para dormir. En nuestro caso valoramos especialmente estar frente a un edificio historico, en el centro de la vida de la ciudad. Cerca tienes buenos restaurantes para todos los bolsillos y los monumentos a solo unos minutos. El palacio Te a unos 15 minutos andando. Supermercados y bares cerca para tomar algo por la noche. Nosotros pillamos una fiesta local y pudimos verla desde la ventana. Vistas maravillosas para amantes del arte y la arquitectura La comunicacion con la propiedad es poco fluida y eso causa inseguridad hasta que ya estas alli y accedes al piso. Luego me parece cutre que si se alquila el iso por tres o cuatro noches no tengan al menos un cafe para cada dia. La maquina es especial y aunque buscamos las capsulas que podían ir mejor, tampoco funciono con ellas. Teniamos varios dias de alquiler y solo había dos capsulas de cafe que funcionaran y un royo de papel higiénico. Estos detalles son importantes y se tienen que mejorar

• Alessandra (4/5): Noisy night because of bad heating system and non-responsive hosts. - There was a problem with the heating system that created a noise that could only be stopped if the heaters were turned on to the maximum. We found about this until the first night when we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. While I sent a couple of messages to the hosts, they never came back to me.

• Jillian (8/5): Great apartment in a fabulous apartment. - The location overlooking the square and cathedral is amazing, but note this means it can get noisy. But it makes going back to the apartment easy. The glass doors on the bathroom.

• Andrea (9/5): Smart, clean and perfectly situated. - Fabulous location, very clean, interesting art on the walls. Spacious and a good sized bathroom. Able to control the temperature and the windows and shutters, so it's good for all seasons. I'd recommend it if you are able to manage the staircase. No kettle, which could be easily remedied. Not a huge deal, but somewhat unromantic lighting, a bit like being at the dentist!

• Raphaëlle (6/5): Great location but too noisy and lack of heating! - The location was great! No heating in one of the two bedrooms it was very cold and no one answered when I reached out about it. Also it was impossible to sleep before 2am because of the noise of the street and a bar downstairs. Then the cleaning of the square started at 6am. So four hours to sleep. It’s too noisy on the weekend!

I would recommend this place. - Good location Comfortable and stylish Very clean Wifi was unreliable as it would only connect when standing by the front door. Communication for the check in was very difficult. I never received check in instructions and when i called i was told to simply follow the check in instructions. I had to call a number of times before i was finally sent instructions by whatsapp. From then on we managed to enter the apartment with no problems even though the instructions (use pin code) didn’t correspond to how we actually got in (there was a key hanging in the door).

ZTL pass provided by helpful, generous host meant we were able to park close by. We enjoyed the weekly Thursday market vibe, all happening around the piazza. A kettle would be helpful, other than that everything was provided.

• Anonymous (10/5): Lovely apartment right in historic centre - It is a beautiful apartment situated right in front of basilica di Sant'Andrea with a stunning view over the city. We found the apparent very clean and loved the quality of bedding and towels. Kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals (we also found cooking essentials such as evo oil, salt and pepper and tea available) it even has a capsule espresso machine. I had a lovely stay with my 2 young children. Everything was fantastic. Maybe we would have appreciated a few more coffee capsules as there is no other ways of making coffee. But plenty of lovely cafés downstairs.
